How do I retrieve an old serial number to upgrade Lightroom?

I upgraded my Lightroom and can no longer find my old serial number. If I go under my account, it isn't there either. Wondering how I get a number.

If the old version is still instaled, it is listed in Help/System Info.

I bought Adobe Illustrator 5.0 around 20 years ago, and the serial number of course does not match the modern versions. I paid for this program, and I can not get an updated serial number to buy an upgrade? ((( As I have not been a client for over 20 years. Any help?

Find your serial number quickly
You can activate software without following up and registering it... at least that was the case in the past. The serial number is normally located on the disc case or a box inside the main box. If you did not purchase the disc from Adobe then it is possible you would have dealt with a redemption code, in which case it would have been up to you to keep a record of the serial number, especially if you did not follow up and register the software.

There was no new serial needed to update from Logic 9 to 9.1.7
If your Logic 9 was an upgrade from Logic 8 it may be asking you for your original Logic 8 Full serial first and then your Logic 9 Upgrade serial...
Otherwise, it's best to call Apple directly and get them to help you...

You cannot install your Mac license on a PC. Serial numbers are platform specific. There's no way around that.

Help! Retrieving an old telephone number

I have just started renting a house, a very old one which has been in the same family for many years. The property has had the same telephone number for 3 generations. For reasons that are too complicated, there was a gap between the last tenant keeping the number and me taking it over. BT cut the line off and won't give me the old number. Hi and welcome to the forum You could try ringing the service dept on 0800 800 150 and requesting a number change, there will be a charge for this. Then ask if the number you want is available they should be able to check if it is available. Do you know if the number is spare? have you tried to call it?

Aperture system ID - recovering the old serial number

apologies if this was asked again but several searches later im still confused.com
i recently had my old MBP stolen - however before this happened, i backed the whole drive to an external disk
i cant find my aperture installation cd, so i downloaded a Trial Version of Aperture and used a trial serial number
i then decided to use what some people here suggested and copy my OLD aperture system ID file to my new library/application support/proapps folder (and delete the trial version of the file with the trial serial number)
however, aperture wont recognise my old serial number
any thoughts on what i should do
is there a way to read the old serial number from the aperture system id file? its all messy

I've searched my Mac for "ProAppsSystemID" and the search returns no items. Would you know how to locate it? Also, where is "/temp"?
Every time we fire it up, it asks for the latest serial number... and then for the previous "upgrade" serial numbers
