Follow the instructions in the procedure above to the letter. Here they are, with emphasis on some easily overlooked requirements:
Disconnect the USB cable from the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on. Note: If you see the "low battery" screen, let the device charge for at least ten minutes to ensure that the battery has some charge, and then start with step 2 again.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears (iTunes icon and USB connector) you can release the Home button.
If necessary, open iTunes. You should see the following "recovery mode" alert ("iTunes has detected a phone in recovery mode").
Use iTunes to restore the device.
If you don't see the "Connect to iTunes" screen, try these steps again. If you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen but the device does not appear in iTunes, see this article and its related links.
If you still can't get it to work, you have done all you can and only Apple will be able to help.

Have to keep retyping passcode for wireless printer.

Recently I bought an HP Photosmart Premium wireless printer to attach to my iMac, which also acts as a copier and a scanner. For the most part it works fine, no major issues. My only gripe with it is if I turn the printer off and then turn it on again, I have to retype the passcode in my printer in order to connect my wireless printer to my iMac. For some reason, if I turn the printer off, it "forgets" the passcode and I have to key it in again. Any way I can permanantly keep that passcode in my printer so I don't have to keep keying it in again if I turn it off? By the way, the passcode I'm using is the same one my Internet service provider, AT&T U-verse, gave me to connect a wireless laptop to the Internet.

but it returns LDAP_PARAM_ERROR.
I tried to call this function directly after ldap_sslinit/ldap_init and before ldap_connect() - without success, I tried to use other parameters with default values, I tried to initialize them by 0/other possible values - and also no success.
How I can do this?

It should only say that when used with Reader versions prior to version 11. If you have Acrobat, you can Reader-enable the form, allowing it to be saved in versions prior to 11, and 11 as well. Exactly how you do this depends on what version of Acrobat you're using:
A9: Advanced > Extend Features in Adobe Reader
A10: File > Save As > Reader Extended PDF > Enable Additional Features

Regardless of what any of us think, the fact is that Apple no longer provides lookup of orders older than 18 months. Why they chose this none of us here can say, but that's what they have decided. So it's no longer possible to look up a QuickTime key purchased more than 18 months ago. If the user failed to keep a copy of the email or otherwise record the key, as Apple themselves advise, then a new QT Pro key will be required.
