How Do I Retrieve Stuff I Bought From ITunes Store?

My computer recently erased all of it's data! Well for music and movies I did not buy from ITunes I had them backed up in my external drive. But as for all of the stuff I did buy from ITunes, They were not backed up! Now I'm wondering how I can get all the stuff I bought from Itunes back. In My store account It had a list of all the stuff I bought but I'm still wondering how I can get them back!

Sorry, but officially Apple does not allow redownloads of purchased items other than iPhone/iPod touch applications. It's your responsibility to make backup copies (as iTunes itself advises) in case something goes wrong with your system, as unfortunately it apparently did in your case, and you lose all the information on your hard drive. The official statement of their policy can be found here, among other places. If your hard drive was erased and you don't have a backup of your purchased items, and don't have them on an iPod (or other i-device), you're probably out of luck and will need to repurchase your tracks.
If you have your tracks on an iPod/iPhone/iPad, post back and someone here can help you get them restored. Otherwise you can try contacting iTunes Store Customer Service (select the "Music Purchases" or "Video Purchases" category, as appropriate, then "Lost or Missing Items". Then you'll see a button that says "Email Us") and explaining what happened. Reportedly in some cases Apple has allowed redownloading on a one-time basis. But don't count on it.

You don't have any choice but to restore your phone. If the phone is still working, be sure to back up your contacts first. Since iTunes can't read your phone you can download the app My Contacts Backup, which will back up your contacts as an email attachment. For some reason yesterday, whilst browsing on iTunes, a computer error message came up and closed the site automatically..
After that, the computer 'froze' on me, so I had no other option than to run System Restore, which, after 2 hours, got my system up and running again, although I had JUST remembered at that point, that ALL files etc would be completely deleted.
I opened up iTunes and looked at my Library, and to my horror, I also hadn't originally thought about backing them up, as I knew they were all 'safely' on my iPod.
I have just tried this morning to 'try' to upload tracks from the iPod onto iTunes. I tried this, BUT, it has completely deleted the tracks off there as well - all 985 of them!!
Does anybody know WHETHER I will be able to recover all these tracks, short of contacting iTunes themselves?
I feel so awkward about it!! Any sensible advice would be appreciated!!

You cannot carry the money from one country account to another. But content you have downloaded to your device remains on the device, updating things like apps will require that you return to the country store where the download originated.
The stores operate as separate entities, but content you have does not leave or get deleted.
