I HATE the chages to the search interface.
I hate the lose (change?) or whatever to the adblocking (worked before now doesn't).
It's like you (mozilla) don't get how our brains work.
This is what i want:
A search interface i don't see. (Our brains naturally filter out superfluous information once we have enough 'practice' with an inteface)
Everytime you frak with the way the search interface works, you make me see it again.
I HATE that!!!
I want to go back to whatever was before 34.0.5 - I was used to that. I didn't see that anymore.
If you want me to continuew using your browser and allowing updates - stop fighting the way my brain works.

Thank you for your feedback, more feedback is welcome at input.mozilla.org.
However I do also understand that it is frustrating when an unexpected change is made. Changing the search engine settings is possible from the Options menu.
This is not recommended due to security releases in each version however in order to [[Install an older version of Firefox]] click there.

You don't. This is the new iOS that you are running, and it cannot be downgraded.
Why don't you give it some time. Play around with the settings to see if you can get the look and feel more to your liking. Play with the new features. And don't forget, that with the enhanced security, if you are using iCloud and Find My iPhone, your device is far less attactive to would-be thieves. It cannot be reset to factory settings without turning off Find My iPhone, and only you know what the password required to do that is....

How can I revert Firefox back to previous settings from 10 days ago?

The page is no longer showing some boxes on a webpage, like login boxes on some sites, drop down menus on others, nor the bar at the bottom that used to show weather, NoScripts status, etc. I do not know what I changed (or IF I changed anything) to get this result, but I have to use IE now to view many sites because I don't have complete functionality now. I just want to know if I can go back to a point, say 10 days ago, when it was working correctly.

How can I unintstall Firefox 7 and go back to 6?

I have downloaded Firefox 7 because it said to upgrade. Well and good, but now my Norton Security Safe (Norton Toolbar) which has all my passwords no longer works. How can I get this back? It doesn't show up at all and I am having to check in to all my places manually. Pure pain. If there is no fix how do I uninstall 7 and get back to 6? I am not a geek so please do this simply.

I did run a Norton Live update. I had the Firefox 6.0 version and it wanted to install the 7.0 update which does not support the Norton Identity Safe or toolbar. After restarting the computer, I now go to check for updates in Firefox and it states that I have the latest version of Firefox, which it says is 6.0. What happened to 7.0 and why can Norton not keep up with these things? I got a bad live update(Error# 8920223) with Norton last night that wanted me to uninstall NIS 2012 and later found out that Norton had severe problems with its update servers, and they said just to do nothing and wait up to a day. Mine came back in minutes, but Norton originally told me to uninstall everything immediately. Avast is sounding very good right now...

The Box containing "This happened" I put Every time Firefox opened because the ones do not apply. But it doesn't happen everytime firefox opens, just when I'm playing in my games in Face Book, sometimes as soon as I load a game, sometimes in the of the game, and mostly when I visit neighbors.

How can I get Firefox to take me back to the last Bookmark folder I was in like Internet Explorer instead of going back to the beginning each time??

When i find a website using bookmarks in Firefox and then I want to look at another site in that same folder, especially in a subfolder, Firefox takes me back to the beginning of the bookmarks menu. With Internet Explorer, it takes me back to the same folder or subfolder I was in. For example, if I was wanting to search newspapers, especially if they are in subfolders, I want to stay in that same place. Firefox loses that place, unlike Internet Explorer, and takes me back to the beginning each time. Sometimes I have several layers of subfolders and it takes time to find that place again each time.

A possibility is to open the Bookmarks Sidebar.
Click the list icon next to the star on the Navigation Toolbar and click "View Bookmarks Sidebar" (Ctrl+B).

I recently updated our fieldpoint controllers cFP-2020 to labview runtime 7.1. The system worked fine. Then, I pressed update os and Our system no longer worked. The old rev was 0416 and the new one is 0502 as seen in fieldpoint. How do I get the old os back on so that I can get more testing done?

There is a known issue regarding the cFP 20xx controllers which occurs when the OS is updated.
I wanted to ask you a couple of questions regarding your controller to determine if your issue is similar to the one we know of:
1. Is your controller considerably new? The issue we found has to do with controllers that were shipped between November 2004 and January 2005. If you have a revision that is before F you might face this problem when you upgrade the OS.
2. If you do not have revision F or later, did you download Safe Mode 10.4 or later before updgrading the OS?
3. What exactly is the error you receive? Are you still able to assign it an IP address?
4. Have you tried formatting your computer? Did you receive an error when you did this? If so, what did the error say?
This issue might be a bit more involved than what we think it is as of now. If you could give me some more information on the above questions, it would help a lot.

i am using an hp (windows os) pc.
tried the solution with the date= no luck
i have two iphones, one is used by me and the other by my wife. the second one was having this issue. LOoosing a large number of contacts but not all of them.
i had performed a back up over her phone on august, but i ma not able to find it.
not sure why she suddenly lost a number of her contacts, but i thought it would be easy to recover them from the back up which i overwrite it.

Highlight a file you wish to open with CS5 and press CMD i, this will open the get info window for the file. There should be an option to make CS 5 or any other application you have installed the default for all that file type.
