How do I safely synchronize my BlackBerry Contacts with my Microsoft outlook Contacts?

I have lots of contacts on my BlackBerry, transferred from previous phones I've owned. This was the most difficult transfer I ever did as it seems BlackBerry is different to regular mobile phones. Now I would like to store all this information in Microsoft Outlook 2010. Can this easily be done?
When I'm finished I'd also like to sync with my Gmail account as well. Please help.

Finally managed to sync BB to Outlook, with help from other forums. Will probably sync between Outlook and Gmail via csv export and import.
Its a bit puzzling and disappointing that this post was viewed 50 times in 30 hours and no one attempted to help.

  • Why doesn't BlackBerry Desktop Software synchronize my BlackBerry contacts with my iMac Address Book

Hi there, please help! I am trying to sync my BlackBerry contacts with my iMac Address Book. I used BlackBerry Desktop Software and did a two-way sync, but my Address Book is still empty. The images on my BlackBerry copied to iPhoto, so the sync 'worked' here but not for the contacts. Thanks!

Hello AdalaMichelle and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
What OSX version does your Mac have? What's your BlackBerry Desktop Software version?
When you set up your Mac, did you enable iCloud for your Mac Address Book?
Is your Mac or your BlackBerry Address Book blank?
Did you enable wireless contact sync on your BlacKBerry when you added an email account?
    Thanks!

  • Cannot synchronize my BlackBerry Z10 with Outlook 2007 on my Windows 7 Computer

Z 10 Sync to Outlook I cannot sync, despite my best efforts, my BlackBerry z10 with my calendar on my Outlook 2007 on my Windows 7 computer. I am not such a blithering **bleep** that I cannot figure out to, and I have already done, the following: 1, make sure I have an updated BlackBerry Link software; 2, Hook up my phone to the computer and select the device; 3, select "Microsoft Outlook" as account type. 4. Select "calendar" The process seems to start out fine, and then I get a "Sync was unsuccessful" message. I am thinking of getting a web- based work around, by synchronizing Outlook with Google Jacaranda maybe, and then synchronizing it that way, but that uses data. I should be able to use default settings and simply use BlackBerry Link software and the cord that comes with my phone.

Maybe you can try this way:

You can't install a previous version on your Mac since it came with Mavericks pre installed.

Some Macs are still shipping with Mountain Lion. I should have asked you.

  • How can I generate synchronized pulse trains with 6602?

    Hi,
I would like to generate multiple pulse trains with different frequencies with the 6602 TIO card. Currently I am able to generate pulse trains with different frequencies. But is there any way to synchronize all the pulse trains? For example, I'd like to have all pulse trains with their first low-to-high at the same moment.
    Thanks!
    Dan

    Dan,
Absolutely, the NI-TIO chip on the PCI-6602 supports a start trigger. If you configure all of the counters that are generating a pulse train to use this start trigger, they will be synchronized. The example Generate Pulse Train - Start Trig (NI-TIO).vi demonstrates this process for one counter. In LabVIEW 7, this example can be found in the following location:
Examples >> Hardware Input and Output >> Traditional DAQ >> Counters >> NI-TIO
You will need to add code for the other counters, but this example should give you the general idea. Furthermore, this example demonstrates how you can use one of the digital lines to generate the start trigger.
    Good luck with your application.

  • How do I wirelessy synchronize my iPhone 4 with my iTunes in order to transfer music from my computer to my phone?

I guess the only other additional details are that I don't have an adapter for my phone into my computer and that the music I wish to transfer into my phone wasn't purchased from iTunes. Any assisstance would be greatly appreciated! I'm at my wits end over here. I've been fidgeting with apple, iCloud, and even Bluetooth settings for about 6 hours now. I need help!

Only iTunes purchases can be transferred from an iDevice to iTunes on the computer.

To sync your iPhone's calendar with your MacBook, you'll want to follow the instructions in this article:

  • How do you use the bluetooth VIs with a Microsoft Bluetooth Driver?

How do you use the LabVIEW Bluetooth VIs with the Microsoft Bluetooth driver?  I have been trying with no such luck.
I want to use 2 computers to talk to each other using the bluetooth VIs.  Eventually, I think we would like a PDA/phone to talk to a custom built electronics board with Bluetooth.  But for now, I would just like 2 computers to talk and then eventually talk to our own device.
One is a desktop w/ the Belkin F8T012 USB adapter.  It installs fine with the Belkin driver (but I know I need to use the Microsoft Driver in order to use the LabVIEW VIs, but I have tried to get Windows to install its own but it says it is a BCM92045DG-Flash.  It says it cannot install it because it cannot find the necessary hardware.  I thought this USB adapter was on the approved Bluetooth devices list?  What else should I try?  Another Bluetooth USB adapter?
The other computer is a Dell Latitude 820.  It has a built in Bluetooth module which I believe is the Dell 350 Bluetooth Module.  On this machine I have been able to setup a COM port with a bluetooth device (blood glucose meter).  It came with a serial port interface which we modifed to go through a bluetooth interface.  It comes up as COM40. We have been able to communicate to it using their program originally designed to talk through a serial port.  But we would like to use the Bluetooth VIs in LabVIEW.  I can't even use the Discover VI.  Perhaps it is not using the Microsoft Driver as well.  Do I just uninstall the driver and then try to have Windows install its own driver?  Do you have any other recommendations?
    Thanks,
       Javi

    Hi Javi,
This sounds like an issue with Windows and your specific Bluetooth devices.  As you mentioned, the LV Bluetooth VI's do require that the devices use the Windows drivers.  Take a look at this link for specific requirements for using Bluetooth with LabVIEW.  Also, you can take a look at our Developer Zone tutorial on designing Bluetooth applications a found here.  Regarding your device drivers, sometimes it is as easy as uninstalling the driver and then letting Windows discover the device and fine its own driver.  You could check out the Microsoft Knowledgebase for more information.  Thanks and have a great day!
