How do i save my connection settings so when i exit firefox it saves my last connection setting??

it shows me connected with proxy when in fact im not, so when i first pull up firfox i have to change the setting everytime

This problem affects many (including myself) and seems to be a bug in the integration of the FB app in iOS 7.
You can get around the login problem by turning Settings/Privacy for FB off. However, after you turn that Privacy setting back on after logging in, then iOS 7 will continue to pester you with pop-up messages to enter the password in Settings. This will invariably fail with the error message that you have already experienced, but at least it gives a way of logging in.
The solution will in my view have to come jointly from Apple and FB.

How i can have all my opened tab when upgrade my firefox?

now i'm still using very old Firefox 3.6.12, and i want to upgrede it. I always using "save and quit" to my all opened tab when quit and not using bookmarks. total about 300+ tab opened.
i already try upgrade once and all my tab is lost. and because of that i do system restore and reintall with old one again.
how i can have all my opened tab when upgrade my firefox?

I do not think anything much has changed with the Firefox system restore files and how they are handled so it may be possible to keep these and use them after an upgrade in a new version of Firefox.

How to get the wireless router to work when i change to new modem and internet connection

I already set up my wireless router in my macbook but then moved to a new house and basically have a new internet connection. My internet connection is fine when i connect the ethernet cable form the modem to my macbook. But when i plugged in the wireless router, my computer sees it but will not connect to the internet. I lost my installation CD and i tried to re-install using the dowloaded installation but it goes into error saying i can't re-install if i don't change back to default.. anyway, maybe the solution is simple but it eludes me so please help!

3. same internet provider but new connection and modem (since i moved to a different house)

How do I restore my old settings so when I open a new tab my recently visited webpages are pinned on that tab?

I recently tried to install Thunderbird. It must have installed the latest version of Firefox also. I use to see recently viewed websites and frequently viewed websites pinned on a new tab when I opened one up, but I can not find how to set this up again. It was a nice feature that just happened when I installed firefox on my computer.

I lose a bunch of tabs when I exit Firefox, even though I click for it to save the tabs for next time I open it

When I use Firefox, I usually have a bunch of tabs open. Sometimes I have a tab open as a reminder to look further into the subject, or I plan on going back to it to finish reading whatever it was. Before, if my computer would restart due to updates, when I started Firefox up again, it would say "Well...this is embarrassing" and allow me to reopen all the tabs I once had. This no longer works. I was even able to close Firefox through the Task Manager on windows, and have the same result. Now this doesn't happen. So I tried to close it and it asked to save my tabs for the next time I open Firefox. It doesn't save them, as it's always just my homepage and I never see an option to recall the old tabs. I even set the settings to "When Firefox starts: Show my windows and tabs from last time." This also does not work. I'm getting tired of having to remember all over again what sites I had up. Usually they aren't something that I need bookmarked, so that's why I don't do it. Also, it would really clutter my bookmarks if I did. Please help.

Thanks for the reply. I never get the option to "Restore Previous History" from History. I don't even have the box checked that asks to delete the history when Firefox closes. I don't know what's wrong, no matter what, I always lose everything. I have the box marked "Show my windows and tabs from last time" for when I open Firefox, but it never shows that, just my homepage. Also, when I check my History, it only shows the pages that I opened since I started Firefox, nothing from before. Even if I were to open up 10 pages now, close Firefox, and open it, the history would only show the homepage that opened this time, not any of the 10 pages that I opened 5 minutes ago.

You can also check the startup setting:

Firefox 4 saves the previous session automatically, so there is no longer need for the dialog asking if you want to save the current session.

Did you download Windows Support Software when you started installing windows via Bootcamp. If yes you need to then install the Support Software after installing windows which contains Windows drivers for Mac hardware.

Why does my exclusion of a web site in pop-up blocker settings disappear when I close Firefox?

Every time I go to my online bank site I have to reenter the site address of the bill paying portion of the site, which is a pop-up window, in Tools/Options/Content/Block Pop-up Windows/Exceptions, because my previous entry has disappeared from the list of exceptions.

Tools > Options -> Privacy --> History = Clear history when Firefox closes - hit the Exceptions button = what do you have set there?

I added 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 to my DNS server list. This has definitely improved things. Pages are loading quicker now, but it's still far from the speed you would expect. Could you elaborate on what you mean when you say that the cisco settings should be correctly propagated onto LAN? When connecting to the Cisco router through the admin interface, it mentions two different DNS servers that the router appears to use (I guess those are provided by my ISP). Are you referring to these servers?

How to connect apple tv when the hdmi port on my tv is connected to the hdmi modem

I just got at&t uverse tv service. The modem is connected to the hdmi port on my tv. I bought a 4 in 1 out hdmi connector box, but don't know if this will work. I've tried plugging the apple tv into one of the in ports, but I can't get it to work. I've tried plugging both the modem and the tv into the out box and other components into the in ports, but it hasn't worked.
Has anyone ever run into this problem where the tv hdmi port is used and apple tv requires an hdmi port?

I use this device as my 4 splitter and i get connection all devices working then after a few hours i get an error. can i get some direction on how to place each device on this one splitter? the Uverse box and TV only has one HDMI plugs, I put the TV HDMI from TV input to splitter Output, then I put Uverse cable in port 1 on the splitter, then appletv in port3.

How can i remove un/pw for wifi when teachers use their own logins for wifi connection.

I work at a public school district and each of our teachers have ipads. They user their usernames and passwords to connect to our networks wifi. I am needing to remove the username and password of last years teachers so the new teacher can sign in with theirs. I tried the suggestion of: Settings, General, Reset and Reset all Networks but when I go back i to sign into the wifi connection it is still automatically connecting to the previous users.

Have you talked with your networking it specialist? Perhaps the router is keying off the MAC address.

When I try to drag files into my hard drive, it says the Finder can't complete the operation because some data can't be read or written (Error Code -36). This is happening even when dragging files back into the external drive which had originally come from there. Does anyone know how to deal with this issue? Thanks!

Error -36 is, as X423424X says, a generic I/O error. It doesn't say anything about what caused the error, or indeed where it occurred (source or target).
You have to describe exactly your action when the error occurs. Is the ext'l drive you mentioned formatted as NTFS (Win default file system)? Without additional software, Mac OS X cannot write to NTFS, it can only read from it.
