How do i save the actions that I install?
I recently upgraded from cs3 to cs5. I had to reinstall my 3rd party actions into cs5. They will not save into the actions palette. Everytime I restart cs5 I have to reinstall the actions and this gets tiresome. NEVER had this problem with cs3. Anyone know what to do?
They should stay there once loaded. Are you exiting Photoshop gracefully after loading them?

You should have imported all pics taken with your iphone to your computer regularly as with any digital camera.

How do i save the fact that a button has been clicked.
So im creating a game in which I collect objects that represent money.After I die in the game i get into the Shop Class in which i can buy different items depending on the money i have. So lets say that after dying i have enough money to get item1 and item2. So i Click on button1 (representing item1) andbutton2 (representing item2) (when clicked their alpha gets to 0.5) and start the game again.Ok so now i have 1 life more and i get more money.But suddenly out of nowhere i feel something strange deep in me, something that i have never felt before -> HUNGER,
I shut down the PC and run as fast as possible to the nearest shop.
//lets say item1 is : +1life and item2 is : get more money from objects
After I had satisfied my primal needs I feel the strong urge to play that awesome game of mine again. But when i start the game I start to see some strange things: It seems that I havent got one life moreand neither do i get more money and just to be sure that Im not hallucinating (or that i didnt rememer the lifes i had last time) I die on purpose so the Shop menu shows. So now what I see is making me sad -> button1 and button2 are active and have an alpha of 1( and that means that the game thinks that they were never bought/clicked, that i have never played this game before in my life) So i go crazy (cause all that play before was for nothing and i have to start all over again).
After i calm down, I decide to change my life. 1st BIG change is adding some code into the game. To be more specific: a method that will save the items that i bougth, so when i close the game and start again the things i see will bring joy to my life - >: I still have the items that i bougth last time.
So long story short:
how do i make that when i click a button (it changes its alpha to 0.5)and close the FLA , whenever i open the same FLA, the button that i clicked before will be shown as clicked now(it alpha will be 0.5)
I know it has to be with sharedObject and yet i dont know how

Ipod syncing is not one way. You just have to know what to do...
I can see you use windows. Connect ipod to pc, but don't install or dont open itunes - dont alow itunes to sync automaticly). Then open explorer, enable hidden files, open your ipod (as you would any disc) open hidden file with strange names and copy all of them on your new hard drive. Then drag all this strange-named files in your itunes...woooo...now those strange names become your songs...it is magick

How do you save the info that you write into apps?
I have entered a lot of info into List Master, and don't want to lose it. Is there an app or program that can save this information?
App date is stored in the backup that is made every time you sync to your computer. Thus, sync frequently and then separately backup up your computer frequently. The downside is that you can only get the data back by restoring an iPod from that backup. You can't access the data in the backup.

On Intune, I'm not certain what to tick off that will install the updates on Windows 7 that reference at the beginning of it's description line... "Install this update to resolve issues in Windows." The only way that I can get this to prompt
for install is to manually run Microsoft Update. Equally odd is that when you run MU locally, these updates are detected and referenced as optional -- for example, 17 optional updates are available. But when you click on that link to review

Hello, right click inside your selection, select "make work path", then go to edit>define custom shape... It will now be availalbe to be reused immediately.
To make sure it is permanently saved, go to edit>Presets>presets manager, change the drop down to custom shapes, target the new shape, and clic on Save set... -

You should always sync them to your computer: File>Transfer Purchases and you should alwys maintain a backup copy of your computer.

I have a keynote presentation that includes a significant amount of video. When I edit the keynote slides (not the video slides) how can I save the changes without re-saving the videos (because that takes a VERY long time)? I edit the presentation depending on the audience to which I am presenting.
If you add a new slide with just a text box (therefore a very small amount of data), to an existing presentation then save, Keynote will only save the new content to the file, it wont save pre-existing content as its already included in the file.
The time taken to "save" will be very much shorter than a "save as" when all of the existing content is saved again. -

Unfortunately, I don't think there is a way to programmatically read the voltage output to the drive, as the voltage is all determined internally by the controller circuitry on the board. Depending on the controller though, you may be able to physically route the output terminal to a spare analog input channel and read in the voltage that way. This example Analog Input with 73xx Motion Card shows you how to program LabVIEW to do this. -

To begin with, I would like to try to explain Apple's confusing nomenclature in regard to iCloud.
Apple have called the whole cloud thing iCloud, there are a number of features under the iCloud umbrella, some of which require their own login. iTunes is one of these, another is what Apple have unfortunately also called iCloud.
You can use the same Apple ID (account) to login to both iCloud and iTunes, but you don't need to and often users will login to each service using a different ID.
The part that you need to remember is that the services available when you log into iCloud are completely different and unrelated to those when you log in to iTunes. Your iCloud login enables mail, contacts, calendars, find my phone, Back to My Mac, Documents & Data sharing and photosstream, it does not affect any of your iTunes services.
To avoid confusion when discussing your problem, when I mention iCloud, I am referring to the services under the iCloud login, Whereas I will refer to the whole cloud thing as The Cloud.
Pin order to share photos using photostream you need to log into the same iCloud account on both devices, videos are not included in photostream, but other third party apps such as Dropbox and video stream for iCloud can share video between your devices. -

Thanks, Ed Jackson.It could be that I'm older and have forgotten. I'm now 73 and will admit I have forgotten many things over the years. I have been using Photoshop since Photoshop version 3. And can not really recall which features or changes were made in ever version of Photoshop I have installed. Adobe has added many features over the years. The number of bugs introduce has also greatly increased after CS3. "New Doc Sizes.psp" in your user id preferences is edited using the two buttons in the new document dialog.
As for guide lines in new documents Photoshop CS6 or CC seem to add some for video file presets with guide lines. I do not know how to edit or add guide line to new doc presets. Guide line actions are easy to create. I have also seem some guideline in new documents when I did not expect any perhaps a new bug. Photoshop like most software has bugs. If you do not see Adobe new presets perhaps you copied an old "New Doc Sizes.psp" over Adobe's newer default file or Adobe migrared you presets and wand wiped their presets out. There are bugs. Close Photoshop down and rename your current "New Doc Sizes.psp" in you user id Photoshop cc preferences folder and start Photoshop it will add a dedault "New Doc Sizes.psp" file see if you see Adobe new presets in the new doc pull down when you select video and film...
