How do i save the file to a perticular location ??

HI
I am having code which generates a new file & will saved in to tomcat's
tomcat\webapps\ROOT\charts\barchart.jprg......directory...
Now i want that .jpeg file...how can i have it with out giving absolute path ?? can we use getContextPath ?? but it is giving me nothing....
can anyone help me ???

If you round edges of objects, they should be rounded when you save the document, and when you open it again.

After converting your file a box will appear on top of the window showing 'Download' option.
When click on that your file will be downloaded and it will show the notification at the bottom.
Click on arrow -> 'Show In Folder'.
It will direct you to the location where your file has saved.

How do i save the files during home sharing

ok, here goes. i am in now way shape or form a tech boff so i guess all i can do is attempt to expalin my issue..
i have recently gotten a new pc and i am wanting to use the home sharing function to some what transfur my music library from my laptop (where i originally set up my iphone 3gs) to my new pc. so far i have sucessfully set up the home sharing link between the 2 and i am fully able to look at the laptop library from the new pc, however i have no idea how to save the music so i can then re-sync my iphone to the new pc as the laptop is way out of date and struggles with the most basic things.
so, i looked on youtube in an attempt to figure it out and ended up frustrated, there are many mentions of a settings button which should be located at the right hand bottom corner, i dont have that. there is mention of dragging and dropping the files i want from the home sharing into my new pc itunes that doesnt work. i have tried to create a new playlist with the home sharing from the laptop, that doesnt work. so here i am, willing for an answer as to if im doing something wrong or if what im wanting to do isnt possible..

3. iTunes on the desktop should list your laptop's library by now, if all goes well
4. Browse your laptops music labrary, select, and click "import" located on the bottom right hand corner.

World's easiest Acrobat 9 Pro question: how do I save the file & bookmark order of source?

I am creating a PDF from a bunch of HTML files.
Each time I do so I have to order the files in the Create PDF dialog.
When I make minor changes to the file order I have to recreate the file list again.
I would like a way to save the order of the input source files separate from the PDF itself, sort of like Premiere's nondestructive editing feature that lets you order film clips, then render the film from the original clips.
Similarly I would like to "render" a PDF file from a list of source files & bookmarks, and edit that list from time to time.
How can I save a description of the document with the source files and preferably the bookmarks in order, so I can just edit the file list each time I create the PDF?

Once you have your master list of files in PDF you can use the replace pages command to save all your bookmarks.

While importing, how do I save the file name with the artist in it?

Currently when Itunes imports any cd, it imports it with the song name only, and put it in a folder with the artist name. I would prefer the tracks to be named 'Artist - Song.mp3'.
Any idea how I can do this? It's driving me crazy. I need to rename all the imports with the artist on the file name.

Hi, clintonfrombirmingham: I wanted to thank you for jumping in and attempting to help me. I went back to the apple store yesterday and the space issue was caused by a setting from five years ago that was saving all mail in the hard drive in the apple mail application. Once all of that mail was deleted and the setting changed I was able to reinstall the printer driver and other things that would not function properly. Now my only issue is that the printer will not connect wirelesslessly. But I'm going to work on that at another time.

I have a subfolder where I would like to save certain documents. When I click File/Save As, and click the little arrow next to the default "Desktop" location, there is no way to get to the subfolder. There's a list of "Recent Places," but it doesn't show up there either.

Welcome to Apple discussions.
With that little arrow pointed upward, you should see hard drives and folders in the left column. (See photo below.) Click on the drive where your folder resides, and navigate to it.

I was working on Adobe Photoshop CS5 on my 64bit Windows 7 when I got the following message:
Adobe Photoshop CS5 has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if the solution is available.
How do a save the file before the program needs to close?
Can I just close the Windows pop-up displaying the error, or will that also close the program?
I have not saved the file in a while and I don't want to lose all the work I have done.

How do I save a file without embedding a movie?

I have unchecked "Copy audio and movie into document" in the prefs yet the movies are being saved with the file. Quit and restart, start the file from scratch, it doesn't matter. The file always saves with the movie. Is it me? Or is it a bug? And how do I save the files so that the movies are just a link inside the document?

If you just want to display it within the same BSP application, try this:
<htmlb:image src="eg.jpg" />
If you want to retrieve the image from a non BSP application, I think you should look at logical files and paths (transaction AL11).

I am not seeing that behaviour. If I right-click a link to a .pdf file, I get the file saved with the original filename.
Maybe one of the settings in about:config controls that?
pdfjs.previousHandler.preferredAction is a setting that has a value of 4 with my setup. I have no idea what that means, and I could not find any explanation anywhere. You could try using different numbers for that value and see if any make any difference. Why has nobody bothered to explain that setting anywhere?
