Hi, I am trying to figure out how much money is in my account, but i cant seem to find the info online in my account. I get a monthly allowance put in and i buy music but my phone never tells me how much money I have left and i don't want to go over my limit. please help

There is nothing on the card once redeemed. The money gets credited to your account and is displayed in the top right side of the itunes store.

You can see your iTunes balance in the iTunes Store section of iTunes on your computer, or form the bottom of the Featured Screen of the App Store App or bottom of the Music Screen of the iTunes Store App on your iPad.

Just wanted to let ya know that once a gift card has been redeemed, it no longer has any value. The store credit on the card has been completely transferred to the account it was redeemed to. It is not necessary to reenter the code each time a purchase is made. Instead, with each purchase, funds are deducted from the credit until it is used up. If there is not enough store credit to complete a purchase, iTunes will ask the user to set up another payment method.
The store credit available on your account should appear next to your account name in the upper right hand of the iTunes Store. If the credit is not immediately visible in your account, or if the displayed balance is not correct, you may need to sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign in again. This will refresh your account and your store credit funds should appear as expected.

How much money needed to replace the iphone ?

I have a iPhone 4s with greyed out problem. My phone had a water damage but it did not cause anything on the phone. However, 2 weeks ago my wifi just greyed out. I cannot use wifi anymore. What I am wondering is, how much money do I need to replace the phone ? I saw 150€ and 150$ to replace. I suppose Apple gives the "0" phone to customers after the payment but I want to be sure on the amount of the money ? Does anyone has an idea on that ?

We are all fellow users on here and not Apple employees so cannot speak for Apple or what they will do. That said, I would be very surprised if a US Apple store would be willing to do any replacement for this iPhone as it is not a US version. Your friend can certainly visit an Apple store genius bar and see what they will do, there is no harm is asking.
A new one will still have the problems I noted above, no warranty outside the US, LTE service will be for the US frequencies, locked to a US carrier unless you pay the premium price for a factory unlocked iPhone, on the order of $600.
