How do I select Target shadow color in curves and levels

On a tutorial I see that by double clicking on the shadow eyedropper in the curves dialog, I should get to the "Select target shadow color" dialog box. However, I only get a color dialog box.
Any clues as to how I can change dialog boxes??

Thanks for your reply, but it is not exactly what I am asking for. When I double click one of the three eyedroppers in the curves dialog, I get the dialog box shown in Screen shot 1:
However, on the instructional video, and actually also on my laptop running on XP (not XP64), one gets the dialog box in screen shot 2:
My question is can I get this on my PC running XP64? Have I just inadvertedly changed some setting that needs to be reset?? I really appreciate your help!

Is there a way to change the default setting for printing lists, so it is not just "phone," "photo," and "job title?"

I have a user who wants to do this same thing. I did not find any way either to default the attributes to anything other than what you see the first time. Seems like such a trivial thing, hard to believe they do not allow it. I did find a program for this called iDress but I can't seem to download it from any links on the Internet. Not sure if it is free or not, but it was recommended by a link on the Mac support site.

Selecting target shadow/highlight in LR, how?

With PS CS you can go to levels or curves and then use the black and white eyedropper to pick shadows and highlights and assign them to specific values (you set the values by double-clicking on the eyedroppers first). It sometimes remove color cast, and ensures you retain texture in shadows and highlights that have it. I believe it is a very common technique, but I don't find any way to do the same with LR, so am forced to round-trip through PS. Any idea how to do it in LR only?

You're looking for the levels functionality that allows you to select the 0-255x3 color that the selector is going to target.
You can't do that in LR, that I know of.

For me, there is no TabbedPane.selected filed in TabnedPaneUI....
try with
UIManager.put("TabbedPane.highlight", new Color(255,255,200));
or
UIManager.put("TabbedPane.background", new Color(255,255,200));

How do I select one version from multiple stacks and export?

I have a color copy and B&W copy of 800 images. I want to export the B&W versions only. How do I select just the B&W versions in the stack at one time without having to click on 800 images?

If you check the filenames, you'll see that the versions have a version name tagged on the end, like "Version 2" when I did a quick monochrome mix of one of my own. Make a smart album with the search term set for text being "Version 2" and you should end up with all the b&w versions. That is, assuming you made them all in the same way and they're all Version 2 versions. Since the initial version would not have the term "Version" attached, you could make the search term "Version" and it would fill with all the 2nd and 3rd et al. versions.
Just a thought. Give it a try.

Click on the inbox then Edit>Select All (if you are using Mail, if not you'll have to tell us which mail program you use) repeat in other mailboxes as needed.

Here are a few tips to get started:
(1) When you create outlines, hold down the Option/Alt key when you choose Type > Create Outlines. That will make a copy of the outlines which isn't anchored in the text frame. Move that copy away from the original frame.
(2) Select all the word with the Direct Selection tool and choose Object > Path > Release Compound Path. That will separate the letters from each other so you can work with them (it also fills in the counters (centers) of the letters).
(3) To create the effect on the "T," I selected the letter with the Direct Selection tool (selecting all the anchor points) and chose File > Copy, then chose Edit > Paste in Place to make a copy on top.
(4) I moved the top copy a little (Shift + Up Arrow) so I could select the bottom copy, then I locked the bottom copy (Object > Lock). I moved the top copy back (Shift + Down Arrow).
(5) With the Direct Selection tool, I selected the lower anchor points and deleted them. I filled the top anchor points with blue. Here is how far I got:

The font i used in my KEYNOTE presentation is not available when you upload it to the cloud. So, now my text boxes are all messed up. How can I select ALL font boxes of presentation and change (at least) the font style?

I have a large presentation that I need to access from the cloud THIS SATURDAY. Now, after uploading from my iMac to Cloud, the font is all messed up because the font I selected on my mac is NOT available on the Keynote Cloud....so capitalization is wrong, inconsistent, etc.

I recently purchased MacBook Pro and upgraded the OS to Mavericks. I am unable to find drivers for my HP Color Laserjer CP1215 printer and HP Scanjet G2410 scanner which I was using with HP Laptop. Google search yielded instructions at http://foo2zjs.rkkda.com/INSTALL.osx for the HP CP1215 printer. However, the instructions don't seem to be working on Mavericks. So, I am stuck with a printer and scanner which don't work with Mac. Thanks in advance for any help.

I have two radio buttons on top of a table. And within a table for each row I have a radiobutton. When the page shows up in the begining. I am calling the the script

It selects the first radio in the datatable which is fine. But it also unselects the radios above the table. I know why it does because in the script it unselects all the radios in that form. Could anybosy help me in modifying the script so that it only does it for a table. I can pass the table id.

To get the radio button inside the table instead of form.elements, get the child nodes of table node.
Something like this
