How do I send a gift to Guatemala?

A friend of mine gave me some codes to redeemin the US storefront assuming that I could gift the balance back to him.  We can't do that.  That being said, how can I purchase credits specifically for the Guatemalan storefront?

You need to be in Guatemala, have a Guatemalan bank card with a Guatemalan billing address else you cannot.

    It's not currently possible to gift items to people whose account is based in the same country as your own - and you can only gift content from your own country's store, you will need a valid billing address in the other country and be in that country to be able to buy/gift from it

    Currently the Mac App Store does not offer the ability to gift and app.
    You can send someone who lives in the same country as you do and uses that country's Mac App Store an iTunes Gift Card* or an iTunes Electronic Gift Certificate* to cover the cost of the app you wish to give to them.
    *If available in that country.

    No, they are only valid in your own country - so you can only send gift certificates (or gift actual content) to people whose account is based in the same country as your own.
