How do I send the same email to multiple people?

I have created some folders in Mail and one has about 387 emails in it that I've received. How can I send one email out to all 387 of them without doing them all one at a time?

I believe you will have to use AppleScript or Automator to extract all the e-mail addresses from the selected messages, then add those to a new outgoing message. If you're not sure how to do that, try asking over on the [AppleScript forum|http://discussions.apple.com/forum.jspa?forumID=724].
Also, note that most e-mail servers apply limits to the number of different addresses you are able to send to at one time. Some have limits for single messages, limits per hour or per day, etc. Check with your e-mail provider to be sure this message will be sendable. And make absolutely sure all those addresses are on the Bcc line, otherwise everyone will be able to see addresses for everyone else you sent to, which will not be appreciated by some.

Firefox has no email features, if you are using a webmail service in Firefox you need to ask the support for the webmail service. Any email features will be part of the webmail service.

My requirement is to send the workitem to the multiple recipents. one of my reiend suggest me to use the rule but i don't know how to use that .
can any one of you suggest me how to use rule in workflow.
Also i want to send the same email to multiple recipent .how can i do it by using the multiline variable...please advice me with example if possible..
Note :- Is it necessary to saparate the email id with comma or i will add all the email next one another..

Just type multiple addresses in the 'To' field in the email. If you use the same multiple addresses regularly, you might want to set up some groups in your Address Book.

If nothing works, you most likely have a hardware failure. Make an appointment at an Apple store to confirm.

A workflow is sending the same email notification twice

A workflow is sending the same email notification twice. Not every notification, but this happening only a few times randomly. The double sent emails are arriving together , have the same date and time.
I've checked the workflow and found that there is no double sending command in the workflow, and the workflow history also shows just 1 run and 1 email sending.
Can somebody help me on this.

For troubleshooting your issue, you can take steps as below:
1.Increasing the UserDefinedWorkflowMaximumComplexity to 30000 setting using Powershell script
2.IISRESET
3.Adding <httpRuntime maxRequestLength="51200" executionTimeout="3600" /> in web.config. Yes, that is "3600" unlike "300" suggested. Please note that there are multiple lines in web.config with <httpRuntime maxRequestLength="51200">.
I made this change only in the very first one.
4.IISRESET
5.Removed everything from C:\Users\<userName>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WebsiteCache from my laptop
6.Removed everything from C:\Users\<userName>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Web Server Extensions\Cache from my laptop
7.Removed everything from C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SharePoint Designer\ProxyAssemblyCache\ from my laptop
8.IISRESET
9.Restart SharePoint 2013 Designer

A user had synced all of his contacts from his computer and iPhone to his iCloud. Today, his iCloud sent out the same message 20 times to all recipients. We were able to transfer all calendar items and contacts back to his pc and then disable iCloud. However, it still sent out the messages. Any ideas?

It's a carrier issue. I have AT&T and had this issue with my friend (who had an Android) and my mother (who had a feature phone). Both of them have Verizon for service and I'm thinking the issue was on Verizon's end. They both just dealt with it as we tried all sorts of things to get this sorted out (other than contacting Verizon directly) and had no luck.
They've both switched to iPhones so it's a moot point for us now, at least.

Someone shows the method to use AppleScript/ Automator to make Photos add the same description to multiple photos. I just opened up AppleScript editor and poked around the Dictionary for Photos and saw we have access to GPS longitude,latitude and altitude. So by using a third party app/web page to get those values, an Apple Script could be used to batch add the info to selected photos. That being said, I'm really busy these days and lack time to write scripts and migrate to photos.

If those multiple computers are all setup to use the same iCloud account, then it is working exactly as intended. That's what iCloud does. Keeps your email, contacts, calendars, bookmarks, tasks etc. in sync across all devices/computers that the same iCloud account is setup on.
If you want independent email on each device/computer, you need to setup independent email accounts for each device/computer.

I created in Sharepoint Designer a workflow to send an email when a new item is created, but i recieve the same mail twice at the same time. Can somebody help me?

then add 30 days to today (save in variable datum)

then delete current item
then stop workflow

Per my understanding, a custom SharePoint Designer workflow send an email twice when there is only one send email action in it.
A possible reason is that the workflow has been triggered twice. Sometimes, due to the performance issue of the SharePoint Server, even after a workflow instance is
finished, the item submitting is still during processing which triggers another workflow instance and send the second email again.
As a workaround, you can add one step at the end of your workflow to pause the workflow for a few minutes for a test.

Mail keeps trying to send the same email over and over

I tried sending an email, but it was too big to send, but not matter what I do, it keeps trying to re-send it anyway (even after deleting the message), it says:
"Mail has undone actions on some messages so that you can redo the actions while online. Mail has saved other messages in mailbox “On My Mac” in “On My Mac” so that you can complete the actions while online.
Additional information: The connection to the server “imap.aol.com” on port 993 timed out."
And I now have 5 of the same email in my outbox.

I have inadvertently created two different Apple IDs throughout the years but now need my most recent one to use my email, but still want access to my old apple ID (if I can find it). The old apple ID has priority (the new one is not allowed to verify my email as it is linked to my old ID) with that email - can someone help me have the two IDs linked to the same email?

The link will only show if you have a rescue email address on your account. If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
