How do I send updates of keynote presentation to my selected email viewers

I have made a club directory of members pictures and addresses. Each page of the keynotes presentation is about each club member. I sent this to all with
i Works through the share prompt. All pc and mac users are able to view and make comments. When I make changes and share the update, i work asks if I want to delete original presentation and use the new one. I say yes. My viewers are not able to open the update as i work says it does not exist. I then share the same presentation and change the name to something different like Feb. 4 directory update. Viewers are able to download it. I am not sure what I am doing. Can you help?

Yes use Quicktime. Try to create a presentation that uses a widescreen aspect 1280 x 720 would be good, then export it at full quality which should give you a movie of 720p at 24 fps and should be just fine for the tv, if you have any problems with exporting it this way, you could try manual settings or simply run the export you made at full quality through itunes using advanced/create an Apple tv version.

I had a similar problem in that my wife's iphone 5 could not send pics with imessage. Had to set the settings to default to SMS or whatever. After laboring many hours on the web I coincidentally was on the phone with the internet people to question my internet speed. They changed the router channel, which is something that I am capable of doing myself. After that, the pics go over imessage. My own Iphone didn't have the problem. We are both latest IOS 7.0.6.

Unfortunately, the answer is, you don't. The requirements for HTML displayed in an e-mail reader are very different than those for HTML displayed in a browser. The output of Muse won't work as an HTML e-mail. You could upload the Muse site as a website and provide a link to it in an e-mail, but the HTML generated by Muse is not suitable for direct display by an e-mail program.

You can have music play in the background by dragging an audio file into the soundtrack well of the Document > Audio Inspector. Note: this audio file will play across many slides and only one file can be used.
If you want music to play on a particular slide, drag the audio file directly to the slide and set it to start in the Build Inspector > Build In > Start Movie. Audio files placed on a slide will play in the order you specify in the Build Inspector, but will not play once the slide transitions to the next slide.
If you have music that you want to play on only a few slides and then different music on another group of slides, you will have to break the presentation into smaller parts and hyperlink from the end of one slide file to the beginning of the next. In each smaller presentation, add the audio to the Soundtrack well.

As to going to full screen on opening, go to the Document Inspector > Document and check "Automatically play upon open"

How do I give a large Keynote presentation from my new iPad?

Currently using a MacBook Pro. Trying very hard to pursue a seamless transition to using a Gen 2 iPad.
I can use iWork for the documents and can access photos and video off of the cloud. This one issue does seem to be stopping me. I frequently give a Keynote presentation that uses a series of video clips. These clips range from 14 seconds to 5 minutes in length.
I doubt I can even fit this amount of media onto my iPad. It does not seem possible to acess an external HD to use to feed the Keynote presentation to a projector or large monitor. Will this one issue stop me from transitioning to an iPad as my work device of choice?

When I meet my customers and teach them, I would like to show them an overview (like a mindmap) then I would click on a link that open keynote and selected a presentation. After showing them the content I would like go back to the overview an so on.

This cant be done in Keynote, linking to other Keynote presentations and to other aplications are deliberatly disabled. Read up on Apples iBook Athor to see if it can do this, its free.

How do I send photos from a message/iMessage to an email address? iPhone used to be able to do that, not anymore with iOS 7 apparently.

Here's what I know I used to be able to do with my iPhone: I could save an image I received in a text message to my photo gallery so that I could still see the image long after the message was gone. It literally showed up along with all of my own photos.
I also want to say that I used to be able to send an email from the text message app. I can't remember how, but I remember forwarding messages to people who, say, I didn't have a phone number from and therefore could only recieve email from me.
However, now I can't do any of this.
I have photos I received in an iMessage that I want to send to my iMac OR forward via email to my Gmail account.
I can't do any of it.
If I use the new selection mechanism and check all four images and hit the "share" arrow, all I get to do is send another text message. If I type in an email address for a recipient, it doesn't let me hit "send".
If I use the old fashioned selection system in which you drag the box arond the four images in the text message, I can "copy" that selection, quite the text message app, open up the Gmail app, paste the selection into a new Gmail and I see the four images. But when I send that gmail and receive it on my iMac... no images are present.

How do I send a .pdf file in the body of email, not as attachment?

Hello to all you MAC geniuses out there. I am using Pages to design flyers for my business. Then exporting them to a pdf file and trying to figure out how to send them in the BODY of an email and not an attachemnt that they have to open. Not really sure if this is a mail or pages question. It is probably a very simple step I am missing, but never the less can't seem to fiugre it out. Thanks in advance!

You must take into consideration that HTML & PDF are very different formats with conflicting purposes: HTML is by design intended for flexibility in appearance in such things as font & location of displayed elements, & has no fixed page size. PDF is intended to produce WYSIWYG documents, exactly the same regardless of platform, but requires either the Adobe Acrobat application or a PDF plug-in to do so.
Because of this, there is no way to convert a PDF document into HTML that will completely preserve the PDF's appearance. You can more or less force elements into the same relative position using tables & other HTML features, but pagination cannot be preserved, since no HTML formatted documents will have page breaks.
You also should consider that the appearance of an email message depends on the application used to view it. Most email, including what Mail generates, follows a standard known as MIME 1.0. MIME is designed to identify each element in the message such that different applications can process them according to their capabilities. Thus, since Mail knows how to display image files like gifs, tiffs, or jpegs, they will be displayed as if they were embedded in the text if the MIME tags indicate they should be. Anything Mail doesn't know how to process into displayable text or images, such as PDF's, will be displayed only as an attachment. The same will be true for other email reading applications.
IOW, email is not WYSIWYG. Some apps will show displayable items inline, some won't, even if the MIME type is displayable on your Mac in Mail.
There are several ways you can deal with this. You can try to convert the PDF into HTML, as suggested earlier. You will probably have to tweak the HTML so generated with an editor to get the best results, & deal with such things as pagination, image conversion or resizing, so-called web safe colors, etc. (PDF's are compressed & usually optimized for high resolution printing; to keep the message size down, you may want to convert images to lower resolution jpegs.)
Or, you can convert the entire flyer to a jpeg or png image, which insures WYSIWYG output, but may make text harder to read.
Alternately, you can compose a new message as plain text or as HTML that refers to the PDF's content & either includes it as an attachment or furnishes a link to a web page that contains it. This allows you to reach the widest audience, including those who do not have a PDF app or plug-in.
Whatever you elect to do, remember that what you send in the email is actually a combination of content & instructions about how to deal with it, & that not all recipients will see it the same way, no matter what you do.

If you want your husband to receive an iMessage, you must send it to him as an iMessage yourself. Just go into the Messages app and send it to your husband's Apple ID. All e-mails (except me.com, as it is part of iCloud/iMessages) don't actually work with Messages.
Alternatively, you could download free, wi-fi based messenger apps on your iDevices. Popular ones include WhatsApp, but there should be more that suit your preferences.

Eric, thanks for the info about the pictures, it worked. The mail icon is not the one that came with the mac(it looks like a stamp with an eagle) this appears at a notepad with a ruler,paintbrush and pencil. I can not open it, I did not download it and now I can not turn off the computer with shutdown I have to manually turn if off by pressing the power button. This can not be normal.
