Hi, multiple ipod touchs in my house so the kids want their own Facetime accounts. If I get them apple ID's then I can't manage them on one itunes account. What do you recommend?

I lately noticed having activated different devices with same icloud account that each device can access everyones messages by going in their settings and clicking which number or email they want to use to see messages. Let me make sure I am understood, on my sons ipod in his messages settings he can switch to my cell number and see all my messages. Re setting the devices isn't my great issue but can i set up each kids user account on my mac to their individual icloud accounts?

Any devices connected to the same icloud account can sync all the data on that account. For this reason an icloud account is really for a single user.
On a mac, if each user has their own account, then the itunes for that mac account should be set up to connect to that user's icloud account (System preferences>icloud).

Use a separate Apple ID for FaceTime on each person's device(s). Go to Settings>FaceTime, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with a separate ID. You can leave your iCloud settings the way they are.

The iPad mini is basically a one user device. There are no Accounts. You can set up restrictions so that only you can do certain things.

Yes you can do that. The problem comes from the fact that you both used the same Apple ID to purchase or download Apps. Purchased apps are associated with the Apple ID used to purchase them.
I would just go ahead and back up all info on the old iPad to your computer. Then restore and erase the old iPad and set it up as new. Get a separate Apple ID for your wife and enter only her email settings. She might have to repurchase those non free apps that she might want but to me this is a small price to pay.

I have about 6 different email accounts on my iPhone. From exchange server (work email) to my personal yahoo and google accounts plus my personal business account. Is there a possibility to set up different ringtones for each of the emails separately?
I monitor my email very closely as I work for a 24-7 emergency call center and I would like to have a way to differentiate my emails by the rintone assigned to them. My work email goes off all the time, but i can't tell which is which and I hate picking up my phone or stopping what i'm doing for just a junk email.
Also would there also be an option for high priority emails to have a different ringtone as well?
