How do I set up multiple displays

I'm attempting to set up a call center of sorts at work. It's a small, one-person setup using an iMac. We are attempting to create a workstation with 4 extra monitors, so a total of 5 displays including the Mac itself. We purchased 4x Sabrent USB(2.0)-HDMI but it seems that anything past 1 monitor just doesn't want to work. We are trying to figure out why we can't get more than 1 extra monitor working at a time OR are simply looking for suggestions as to other equipment and/or setups that we could use to achieve this. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I use something called a DisplayLink adapter to run a 3 display system via USB on a MacBook Pro. The website is here http://www.displaylink.com/ and the USB adapter can be purchased via macsales.com. There are some issues with the driver in Mavericks, but it works fine in my setup.
If you are looking at other equipment, Thunderbolt displays are daisey-chainable, so you connect one to the other to the other. As long as your iMac has a Thunderbolt display port, I would concider going that route.

I learned that the Dock is positioned at the chosen edge of whatever Display is positioned farthest to that side. It's not something I can test - I suppose the second account's data gets added to the lists in iCal and Address Book?

It's not completely obvious. What you have to do in Spaces is to position your cursor to the upper right of the screen, after which faint + (plus) sign appears in that area. Click that, upon which another Desktop will appear.
The + may be difficult or impossible to see with some desktop backgrounds (black, for instance):

An easier choice could be adding labels or panels with a layout of ur choice ..

How do I set up multiple iMessage emails with one Apple ID?

We have one Apple ID and many family members with iPads, iPhones etc... As it stands we all receive all incoming imessages and this is impracticle moving forward.
Other than setting up multiple Apple ID's how do we set up each user with an individual iMessage address?
I understand how to do this using a phone numbers but cannot stop all users getting imessages sent to the Apple ID email address. I have tried inputting secondary email addresses but get error messages advising "account already in use".
Long story short.....Can I set up all family devices on the one apple ID but designate each member with an individual email address that precludes them from receiving iMessages sent to the "master" Apple ID address?

To my knowledge, yes, this is impossible. Your primary iMessage account is your AppleID account, so as long as you all share the one AppleID, then all messages will appear on all iOS 5 devices using that AppleID for their iMessage account.
The only thing to do is have people set up their own iMessage ID. They can stil then set up unique "receive at" addresses, but these are really additional addresses for messages to go to, and do not get around the fact that the account itself is defined by the AppleID.
P.S. there is nothing stopping you from using the one, common AppleID for the iTunes and app store, then setting up a new one and just using that for iMessage.

I have 3 websites all of which have their own email accounts hosted thru godaddy.com.
I was able to set ONE up using the "smtpout.secureserver.net" but the next one I tried to set up just 'hangs'.
I'm not sure what the problem is .. except that I think the 2nd email addy that I'm trying to add is attempting to use the same 'smtp out' as the first.

You can set up multiple/separate email accounts with the same provider, same incoming mail server and each account can have the same password as long as each account has its own user name. An additional email address with the same provider with the same incoming mail server can not be set up as a separate account with Mail if the additional email address shares the same user name as an existing or primary email account with the same provider. The latter is called an "alias" email address to the primary. An "alias" email address to a primary email account or address shares the same user name, incoming mail server and password as the primary email account or address.

Whether or not this is possible will depend on the type of modem that you are using with the Time Capsule.
If you have a simple modem (with only one Ethernet port), you can likely set up the Guest Network feature. If you have a modem/router (it will have multiple Ethernet ports), unfortunately, it is not possible to set up the Guest feature and have the Time Capsule operate correctly.
