If your mail folders are actually "on my Mac" then your iOS devices cannot be set up to see them. However, if your mail folders are within your email service account and your email service is an IMAP account, then the folders should sync between devices.

I know that I can click my phone number above that in the "You can be reached for FaceTime at:" section and it will give me the choice of using my phone number but I only want use my email for FaceTime on my Mac and when only my email is checked for where to be reached at, it doesn't give me an option of what phone number I want the Caller ID to be. If anyone understands that, please help me change the default Caller ID to my own and not my wife's!! Thanks!

Thank you for the question. You can preview the book you created in iBooks Author in iBooks on your iPad using the following steps:
Preview a book or a chapter on iPad
Connect iPad to your Mac.
On the Home screen of your iPad, tap iBooks.
In iBooks Author, do either of the following:
Preview a book: Click the Preview button in the toolbar, or choose File > Preview.
Preview a chapter: Select the chapter you want to preview in the sidebar, then choose File > Preview Current Section Only.
Note: To preview on an iPad running iOS 7 or later, you need iTunes 11.1 or later installed on your Mac.

The definition of insanity.....
Does it ask for the old device by name? How do you know it isn't restored? Have you completed setup and checked on the device?
Are you using the same iTunes account and Apple ID?
On your iTunes account, Open preferences, go to devices tab
Look in the box for a backup of your old device. Is there a backup?
If there is no backup, you have nothing to restore.

That is a function of your email account, if it is an Imap account it will sync, if it's a POP account, it won't.

By default, any type of MAC filtering is disabled on the AirPort base stations ... unless, of course, you or someone else enabled it.
If it is enabled, to disable it, you would use the AirPort Utility.
AirPort Utility > Select the AirPort > Manual Setup > AirPort > Access Control tab > MAC Address Access Control: Not Enabled
