How do I set up my new iPad to get the pictures from my Iphone?

I just got a new Ipad and have pictures on my Iphone 4s. Both have been set up to use the cloud for photo streaming. It doesn't appear to be working for the older pictures I have on my Iphone 4S. Any suggestions???

Thanks so much for your quick answer. The problem is that my Macbook Pro does not have Iphoto 11 which is what I was lead to believe is required for the Icloud streaming to work on it. I thought I cloud would work on the Ipad and Iphone but just not stream the photos to my MBP. Does that make sense. And happy holidays...

If you want to migrate your phone to a new iCloud account, start by saving any photo stream photos you wish to keep to your camera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tap the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward pointing arrow), then tap Save to Camera Roll. If you are syncing notes with iCloud that you want to keep, you'll need to open each of your notes and email them to yourself so you can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in your new account. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, choose Keep on My iPhone and provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone. Then sign back in with a different Apple ID to create your new account and choose Merge to upload your data.

I found a way to get to my data. So do not need remedy at this time.
fwiw, I changed my ios7.04 setup answer of restore from itunes to new iphone. Eventually that allowed me to set up icloud, then turn off find iphone, restore. Very strange ios update.

Shouldn't take more than a few seconds to a minute. If it's stuck, you might want to give Apple support a call to see if they are experiencing unreported server issues. Since your device is new, you are within the 90-day free call support period. You can set up the call here: http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/. You will need your serial number, which is on the box and (I believe) the back of your iPad.

Did you ever fix this problem? The same thing happened when I just changed my kids passwords and now can't access their mail on their iPods or my iPad but I use the same email provider and mine is fine however I did not change my password. If you fixed it how did you?

Instructions on syncing your iPad can be found here:

and in the accompanying documents linked from that page. Syncing your iPad with iTunes copies items, it doesn't move them. The only way apps would be actually removed from your iPad during syncing is if you had iTunes set to remove them on syncing, so check the appropriate settings in iTunes, set the book to sync as well, and then sync the iPad again.

Connect new iPhone and sync the pictures to your new iPhone.

Then there is absolutely no way to get the pictures from the iPod to the iPad unless you import them to your computer and then import them inor iTunes and sync them to the iPad.

Unfortuneatly, you would have to give up your unlimited plan. In the US you would have to get the 2GB plan for $25 and add the teathering plan for $20 more. The teathering plan would give you another 2GB of data for a total 4GB.

You copy them from your old computer or your backup copy of your old computer.
The iphone is not a backup/storage device.
