haha, so now i'm thinking. I'm learning the terminal as fast as i can but there are several lines of codes and commands in there that throws up red flags to me that i don't fully understand. It just looks fishy too me. It would be highly appreciated if someone could just check this out just to tell me that i don't need to worry about it. Or point me in the right direction. So it looks like my default keystore password is not the same as that in the code above (I've replaced it with ******). How do I set the default keystore to be the same as in the code above? Please note the exact same code works for another application - and so I would like to use the same class file rather than having to change the code above.

You define the password for a keystore when you create it.
There is no default.
There is a default on the 'cacerts' truststore provided for JSSE: see

Hi. I don't see an option for setting up generated app passwords for my gmail accounts on the iPad settings menu. (yahoo has a line for password on this screen)
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling (thinking maybe I should use the password on installing), but that doesn't work.

if you don't setup the mail account on your ipad but just sync mails from your computer to the ipad, I think it would display like that

in sap, when a user changes a password sometimes he/she gets a message "Please select a password that is different from last 5".
now i am in need to change this default value of "5" to "2" but i dont know what is the parameter name for changing this setting.
i would appreciate if anybody can tell me how to change this setting.

- What sort of works for the Mail app is to go to Setting>Mail and turn the mail accounts off. Then go to Settings>General>Restrictions and turn on the Restriction and prevents changing accounts. To access mail you have to turn off the restriction and then turn the Mail account back on.

We have recently migrated to ADFS 3.0. Everything is working except the update password feature. In the KB article

/adfs/portal/updatepassword/ and restart the ADFS service.
This has been done, but when I go to
https://sts.domain.com/adfs/portal/updatepassword. All I get is a page that says "An error occurred. contact your administrator."
What I am trying to accomplish is this.

it does not work domain joined machines! yes, I know. you are not the first one trying. it should also support domain joined machines, but unfortunately it only supports
workplace joined machines

on the domain joined machine you can just use ctrl+alt+del to change the password
