How do I set up PayPal in iTunes 10?

Hi everyone.
I've tried setting up PayPal as my form of billing on iTunes 10, but every time I do, it redirects me to a page where I must fill out a debit or credit card's credentials. Is it even possible to do, or am I just missing something?

If you don't see the PayPal button as a payment method, then you're probably not in the US which, to the best of my knowledge, is still the only country where PayPal is an accepted method of payment for the iTunes Store.

You would each need to use your own user account on the Mac, you can do this at system preferences > users & groups.

How do I set File Sharing in iTunes to keep files up-to-date? i tried iTunes File Sharing, but the updates to the files never transferred across the USB during sync. Tried to use Documents to Go, but the Apple behavior keeps them from syncing via USB, so when I am home and have no wifi/internet there is no way to transfer the files. The other apps I have looked at also use wifi/internet to get around the problematic Apple behavior, so there is no way to connect via USB that I have found other than the iTunes. Have not been able to locate any helpful information to configure the File Sharing to hotsync the files between pod and computer.

I am trying to USB sync Word, Excel, and PDF files between the ipod and the PC.
Pretty sure icloud has to have the internet to work, but I can try to see what USB options there are there when time permits.

I'm trying to set up my own iTunes account/library, but when I sign on, the computer automatically downloads all my daughter's music, etc. How can I set up an individual account that is separate from everyone else's account who shares this computer?

Go to control panel_user accounts_ and set up yourself as a new user (Make sure you have administrative privileges - you may not want your daughter to be an administrator). Once you log on as a new user, you can have your own itunes library as well as other nifty stuff like your own Outlook account.

How do I set up PayPal Standard?

I have been through the tutorial and the help files, but, I keep getting an 'invalid vendor account'. I only want to use Standard, but originally set up PayPal PayFlow, which is in the settings. Not sure what to do to clear out PayFlow and just use Standard. I also read where your paypal email username has to match the admin user email in BC, is this true?

Yes the primary PayPal email account must match when configuring your PP Standard details.

You do not need to worry about PayFlow not being cleared out just ensure you have PP Standard details filled. Then make sure within your check out form use the "PayPal" payment option. This will trigger a redirect to PayPal for customers to complete their transaction.

How Should I Set my Settings in iTunes?

I have iCloud, Lion, iOS5....everything. Should I have to sync my iPad and iMac at all? And how should the settings be set in iTunes. I notice that I have checked that iCal, Contacts and everything to Sunc, but shouldn't they be unchecked if they automatically go to both with iCloud? I thought I had them unchecked but they are checked and are syncing when i sync my iPad. Will this give me double entries? Please clarify the settings in iTune...checked to sync or unchecked? If you are syncing your Calendar and Contacts with iCloud - you do not want to sync them with the computer as well becuase you could end up with duplicate entries. So uncheck them in iTunes so that they do not sync. If you uncheck them in iTunes, you will have to click on the Apply button in the lower right corner of iTunes in order to lock in the sync changes.
If you do not want to do so, you don't have to sync with your Mac. That is your choice now with iOS 5.

How do i set up a wireless itunes network in multiple rooms???

I'm trying to add multiple Airport express units(in different rooms), to my wireless network (internet only). I have two express units and apple TV and want to be able to play music via itunes through 1 or more, or all of the rooms!
I'm buggered if I can do it without setting up a separate network for each unit and only being able to select my Mac and that single room.

The usual point where setup fails (when the existing network is provided by a non-Apple wireless router) is with entry of the wireless security protocol and password - which must of course be configured identically on the wireless router and each Airport Express device. What type of wireless security are you using on your network's wireless router?
