I'm using Windows Mail on my PC. Can I use this on my iPad 2, and if so, how do I set it up? I'm a bit of a technophobe!

Do you mean Windows Live mail, the email account provided by Microsoft? Or WIndows Mail the application? If the latter, then you need to specify what email service you're using, since the application you use on your computer really doesn't matter.
