How do I setup AirPlay in iTunes on my new laptop?
I had my laptop stolen which had about 40 albums saved on Itunes along with Airplay which streamed music to my Denon player.
I now have a new laptop with Itunes installed. How do I get my Airplay setup again on the new laptop.???

Enabling AirPlay from iTunes on your computer
To stream music or videos from your computer to an Apple TV or AirPort Express:
Connect your computer and Apple TV to the same Wi-Fi network.
Open iTunes (10.2 or later).
Locate and click the icon in the bottom-right corner of the iTunes application.
Select your Apple TV, AirPort Express, or AirPlay-enabled speakers or receivers from the list of available devices that appears, and begin playback.
Note: The images of a TV screen or speaker next to each AirPlay device in the AirPlay menu indicate the type of media content you can stream to that device.
Do you see the Denon when you click the AirPlay icon in the lower right corner of iTunes?

So for my bday I got a new laptop. Tonight I decided to transfer my music to my new laptop's iTunes library. I tried doing it with CDs but realized it could be done much more simply by just using Home Sharing from my old laptop. What I would do is to move all the apps music and other media to the new cmputer. Make sure the computer is authorized for the iTunes account(s) and iTunes logged into the progler account. Then connect the iPod to the computer and make a backup by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up. Restore the iPod from that backup.

Thanks :)If you're moving from PC to PC then perhaps Windows Easy Transfer is the tool for you, although I'd still recommend you look at method 1 from my earlier link. If you don't have a backup strategy now then it is time you got one. Hard drives can and do fail without warning. All your personal data should be on at least two if not three separate disks to avoid disappointment.

There is no Info tab in Mavericks

I installed iTunes in my new laptop with Vista OS. I am hesitate to plug in my iPod to add new mp3s. I know that it will identify that this is a new IPOD and will ask to reformat the iPOD. I am afraid of losign my content. How do I migrate my itune configuration from my old computer to my new Vista laptop. Basically, I want new iTune to recognize my IPOD like the old computer. Thanks.Probably the most straightforward way to get iTunes onto your new computer is to network it with the old one and copy your iTunes folder across. This works fine if you have been using iTunes to completely manage your music and all your songs are in iTunes Music not in different folders. You can also use this method with an external hard drive, you drag the folder from the old computer to the external drive and then from the drive to the new computer.
Copying the whole folder brings with it the iTunes Music folder and also the iTunes Library (iTunes Library.itl in Windows) database file which holds all the information about your songs (Playlists, Ratings, Play Counts, Last Played, Date Added, etc). When you copy the iTunes folder make sure you put it into the same location on the new computer. This has to be the exact same place, on a PC this is \Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents\My Music\. When you open iTunes on the new computer it will be the same as on the original one Songs, Playlists, Play Counts, Ratings etc. When I moved iTunes a while ago for my daughter I was also using the same version of iTunes, not sure how important that is but it's probably worth keeping them the same.

Thanks/There's a couple of ways to get through to the authorisation controls in the 11.0.x versions.
The control is still in the Store menu, but first (if you're using iTunes versions 11.0.x) you might need to bring up the menu bar to see the Store menu.
If you're using 11.0.x, click on the wee boxy icon up in the top-left corner of your iTunes to see the "Show Menu Bar" control, as per the following screenshot:
Then you'll find the control in the Store menu:
Alternatively, if you don't want to bring up the menu bar, it's still possible to get into the authorise controls via nested menus accessible from the wee boxy icon. Here's a screenshot of where to find them: -
