How do I setup iphone to access my business email account on Outlook 2003?

I imagine this has been asked many times but I could not readily find the info in a clear manner. I would like to set up my iphone so it can access my company email, which is Outlook 2003. They use an MS Exchange server. Any specific instructions would be very much appreciated. (I do not know much about email servers, etc.)

FYI - although Outlook 2003 also includes calendar and address book functions, this is called an email client which is used to access an email account or multiple email accounts.
The only way to access an Exchange account with the iPhone is as what is called an IMAP account and the Exchange Server administrator must enable IMAP account access on the Exchange Server.
So you need to contact whoever at your company is responsible for this and ask if IMAP account access is enabled on the server and if not, are they able to do so. If so, you get the required account setup information from this person also such as the incoming and outgoing mail server information in order to access the account as an IMAP account with the iPhone's email client or with any non-Microsoft email client.

In our business, we run 3 macs with Mountain Lion and use Mail to access our IMAP account. Each of us needs to be able to respond to and see incoming/outgoing messages on our respective computers. Unfortunately our mail provider doesn't like concurrent connections. What kind of application can we use to synchronize this account so everyone sees the same thing on each computer? I use Dreamhost and have been happy with them. There are probably a few hundred companies with similar services, although Dreamhost is one of the largest. It is pretty standard practice these days to have either Google or Microsoft transparently hold e-mail services. Exchange has definitely won the e-mail protocol wars. Basically just pick one that uses Google or Microsoft.

I assume these are POP accounts and all computers are set to remove from Server after downloading.
So on the non dominant ones... Mail Preferences>Accounts, highlight an account, Advanced tab, uncheck remove from Server, just have the main dominant one remove from server.
Or get/setup IMAP accounts.

You can't upgrade to any faster, & especially not to an Intel CPU needed to run Lion/10.7 for full iCloud usage.
You can have limited use of iCloud the way it is, you can view all of iCloud in a Browser, You can use Find my Phone I hear, & you can use IMAP Mail for syncing, but no other syncing.

IMAP (Incoming Mail Server) information:

Username: [email protected] (use your @me.com address from your iCloud account)
Password: Your iCloud password

You will need the password. If you can't get it reset via http://iforgot.apple.com (if you remember the answers to the account's security questions then you should be able to reset it via them) then try contacting Support in your country, they should be able to reset it.

You cannot transfer purchases from one Apple ID to another. You need to go into the old Apple ID and change it to the new email address instead of using a new Apple ID altogether.

If you can't remember the password to the old ID, then click on Reset your Password, and answer the Security Questions. If you can't remember the Security Questions, contact iTunes Support and have them reset:
APPLE ID SECURITY CONTACT NUMBERS
Once you get into your old account, Edit the Apple ID to your new email address. Before you will be able to do that you are going to have to change the email address on the new Apple ID to something else.
