How do I setup my system to look like the other Arch user's?

I just finished installing Arch on my EeePC 100HA and I'm looking how to setup my system like other users have in their screenshots located here: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=75154 . This one in particular: http://fc09.deviantart.com/fs45/f/2009/ … _haxit.png
I see that he's using some type of window manager like xmonad or openbox, but I can't really tell. He has links to all of his configuration files but I don't know where to paste them on my system. When I look at those config files, I get scared to even attempt this, but I really want a system as slick as that one, or like any of the amazing customized Arch systems I've seen around here.

Remove the period from your 2nd URL. Else it won't work.
I see he is just using a conky and openbox[I guess] O_o

I have updated to version 6 twice, I am using Windows XP, yet every time it states I am not updated, my browser looks like the old one? How can I get this fixed to look like the new browser version?

How do I get a picture to look like the audi example picture (2nd one) when you download motion 5 from the app store?

Im looking to remake this picture that is an example when you download motion 5 from the app store. Apple gives you 5 example pictures to kind of show off what the program can do and I want to replicate the 2nd one. I like how the picture is divided into multiple different sized boxes and I dont know the presets needed to make another picture like that. Any tips are welcome. Thanks.

I'd love help with the problem of why I only one track seems to accept clips to play. When I drag them to other tracks or create a track by dragging the clips are grayed out and won't play, but if I drag them to the one track where they're blue they play.

Have you forgotten your password? - if so, you have a problem if the email address has gone dead.

I have created a user 'Bitest' and group 'Bi_Test_Group'. Assigned the user to the group and the group to BI consumer role.
I gave access to only procurement and spend catalog folder reports and Dashboards.
When I login to BI Presentation Services with above created user and open any procurement and spent catalog dashboard i am getting below error in every report.
Its BI Apps 7.9.6.3 installation.I gave read access to group to all procurement and spent subject area.

Not losing the other screen would be useful as I would like to, for example, monitor my emails whilst watching a video or to work on a project whilst watching an instructional video.
Note : Resizing a window to fill the screen is not acceptable as it still leaves unsightly borders.

I've tried resetting my phone, looking for the pics in the new 'deleted' folder. I tried forwarding the jpegs to sees if they'll appear in a new message (but turnout the phone won't let me forward these pics). Apple is trying to say it's the 30 day reason, but I know that is not the problem. ALl of my pics older than 30 days were viewable. It is the upgrade that screwed this up. Help! Important pics!

As for iPhoto, it sounds like you were trying to move files around in the library. That is a bib no-no in Aperture or iPhoto.

Since the last Mountain Lion update on my MacBook Pro, I get this error message every few minutes:

If streaming music when connected to your carrier's cellular network, it uses cellular data.
Only the music you purchased from the iTunes Store can be streamed unless you have purchased iTunes Match.
If there is a slow down at the server where the music is stored or high traffic, steaming can be paused. You can also download a song from the iTunes Store cloud to your iPhone so it doesn't need to be steamed.

Both the Mac and Windows units we are usinghave connectivity to the MacMiniServer (on the same network) to open and edit files but cannot transfer new files to the MacMini. FileSharing is on. I went to File Sharing on the MacMini and added the appropriate users and checked FileSharing. Is there something else I needed to do?

You DID move them to trash? (we can discuss WHY once we cure you)...
Can you open a window in finder and get to applications and then to utilities? Is MAIL in there?
And your "office email account"-- do you mean physical office, like place of work and you want that account in your mac mail on your computer? ~OR~ do you mean, microsoft office,mail account?
The difference is necessary to know...

Actually there is more than just the one extension that AVG might install, reinstall AVG Free without the Link Scanner component as mentioned in the above link and always refuse additional baggage offered during an install -- AVG Free does not ask in the free version it just includes it and there are no options once installed in the Free version for components..
Also make sure you don't have the "Ask Toolbar" or other toolbars you did not ask for. see the same link above for Toolbar problems.
It is definitely an extension that causing the behavior you see.

The photos actually are not present twice on the phone when you do what you did. The photos appear once and then in the folder there is simply a cross reference to the photos in the photo stream
