How do I share calendars and music between two Apple ID's?  We have a Mac Pro and two Iphones.  Currently we utilize one ID between the Iphones in order to sync the calendars and music.

You can privately share a calendar between devices using different iCloud IDs as explained here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mm6b1a8694.  Even if your devices use different IDs for iCloud you can continue to share the same ID for iTunes to share your music and other purchased media.  The ID you use on a device for iCloud does not need to be the same as the ID used for iCloud.

How does one share calendar on all family iPhones without giving credit card for Family Share?

    Hello RetiredRichard1,
You do not need to have Family Sharing to share a calendar. All you need to do is figure out if you want the rest of the family to have the ability to create events with in it. If you do, then share it privately. If you just want them to see your calendar, share it publicly and they can just read it. Take a look at the article below to walk you through how to do this. If you want to follow along with the article, it will have you do things on iCloud.com but you can do this on your iOS devices and Mac.

You don't need to share, as long as correctly set up they will sync by default.
Here is set up process depending of device type.

how do i sync calendar with android phone?

Through your Androids Gmail account. Go into system preferences, Mail, Contacts & Calendars, and add your Gmail account info and then link it to your calendar.
You can do the same with a MS Office365 account if that is what you are using for your main email and calendar. And you can link to that on your Android phone also.
If you are using iCloud email I'm pretty sure you can do the same on the phone.
Oh but everything must go through an Online account of one type or another for it to all sync up across all your devices.

  • How do I share calendars between OS 10.8 and OS 10.6.8?

How do I share calendars between wife's iCal in MacBookPro 10.6.8 and my Calendar in iMac 10.8?

    Hi Leon Pappanastos,
I see that you want to label some faces in your photos in iPhoto ’09. Here is an article with some steps that will help you accomplish this:
Name the face of a specific friend or family member
Click to select Events in the Source list, select an event, and then select a photo that includes a person or people you want to name.
Click the Info button in the toolbar to open the Information pane.
Click the “unnamed” label and type a name to a face in your photo.
As you type, iPhoto suggests names based on previous names entered, names in your Contacts application, and names of your Facebook friends (if you’ve set up a Facebook account in iPhoto). If you want, you can choose one of these names from the pop-up menu that appears.
Note:   If no label appears below a face, it means iPhoto didn’t detect this face. It’s easy to add a missing face.
    Press the Return key.
If the photo shows more than one person, repeat steps 3 and 4 for each face you want to name.
You don’t have to name every person in a photo.
If there are people you don’t intend to name, you can tell iPhoto to ignore their faces. Move your pointer over the face, and then click the X in the top-left corner of the box that appears.
The box and “unnamed” label disappear.
When you’re done naming the people in this photo, click the Info button again to close the Information pane.
After you name someone in Faces, you can change the person’s name or include their full name at any time. Select Faces in the Source list to see your corkboard. Below a snapshot, click the name you want to change and type a new one.
You can also add a person’s email address here, if you wish.

  • How Does One Share Calendar(s)?

My wife and I each have iPads.  Mine is iPad 1, and hers is iPad 2.  Both use the current iOS 5.1.1.  We each have our own iCloud account and we currently share several calendars, but each have two that are not.  How do we share them all with each other?
I can't find anything in the iPad Guide that helps, and trying to email Apple is ridiculous as every site points you back to the home page.  It is quite frustrating regarding what should be a simple question.
Can anyone help me with a quick "how to share a calendar with another device or account"?  Thanks in advance
    Dave B Sr.

  • How can I share calendars between two different people?

I am trying to share my ICAL with my wife and she wants to do the same with me. For some reason I cannot find the path to allow us to see each otjer's calendars. Any ideas?
    Thanks
    Don

    Hi,
According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted share data between two forms on different lists.
To show external  information on the calendar event, there are two methods: Calculated column, workflow. You can refer to:
A Simple Guide to Show More Information on a Calendar Event
I recommend to use workflow to achieve what you want. But you need to create a people column to display the manager.
You can create a workflow associated to the "Out of Office Request" list, add action to Start Approve Process. If the manager approves the request, you can create a item in the calendar, and then update the people column and the title column.
Then the calendar will display the Title, date/time and the manager.
To create a view for each manager, you need to modify the Filter. You can use the people column is equal to the manager name or the Title contains the manager name.
    Thank you for your understanding.
    Best Regards,

  • How do I retrieve calendar on my phone

I cannot find the calendar on my iPhone 4S how do I retrieve it

Are you referring to the icon for the calendar. If so, check the other folders and home pages on your device. Calendar is a native iOS app and cannot be deleted. If you cannot find it there, then go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout.

  • How do I stop calendar synchronisation with phone?

I set up my 6111 to synch with Outlook using Nokia PC Suite 6.83.14.1
The constant beeping of reminders is driving me mad! But I can't find any way to stop it from synching. I still need to connect my phone to the PC to save photos and to access the Internet from time to time.
Please someone help me to stop the synchronisation.
(Have searched this forum and looked through pdf manual to no avail - may have missed something though!)

I just fixed this issue by turning off the location support on iCal on my iPhone. If all your devices are synced up that may be causing the issue.
After turning off location support I was able to enter the address I wanted. It gave me a choice to stick with my address or choose from the list of suggestions. After refreshing iCal on my computer it displayed the correct address.
Hopefully your fix will be that easy!

  • How can I share calendars with groups on Yosemite Server?

I've set up the calendar server in Yosemite and can individually invite users to join the calendar. However, I need to add multiple users to each calendar - I've created a group with the users in but when I add the name of the group it just adds one member at a time.

  • How to publish a calendar with iCal?

How can I share calendars in iCal with iCloud?

There is a difference between sharing and publishing. The latter means getting your calendar to display as an ordinary web page: firstly this cannot be done with a calendar listed under iCloud (this was also true with MobileMe) but only if it's listed under 'On My Mac'. The facility is still available in iCal for such calendars, but the problem is that it has to be published to a CalDav server because MobileMe, which used to take the published files and turn it into a web page, is not longer available. It's assumed in the Help that you are going to be running such a server yourself, which obviously requires a fair standard of technical knowledge. It's been claimed that Box.net can do this but I've seen complaints that it doesn't work.
Sharing, which you can do with iCloud calendars, makes the calendars available for others to subscribe to in a CalDAV client - iCal itself is such a client, and you can also do this with Google calendar - this does require the recipient to have a Google account. The process with iCloud is described in this page and the pages following:
    http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mm6b1a8694
BusyCal has various sharing options and there is a full user guide available here:
