You don't. Everythng downloaded with one Apple ID can not be transfered to another Apple ID. So you would need to buy it a second time. This is one of the Pit Falls of the whole Download only model.
That is why I refuse to buy things like music or movies that are tied to a specific User Name, ID.

- Transfer iTunes purchases to the computer by:

- Transfer any other music by using a third-party program like one of those discussed here:

- Connect the iPod to the computer and make a backup by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up
- Restore the iPod from that backup. The restore will also update the iOS.
Note that the backup that iTunes makes does not include synced media like apps and music

After you reset your iPhone, did you enter your Apple ID into it during setup? The same Apple ID with which you made the purchases? If so, you will be able to reinstall the apps without repurchasing them.
When you go into the store and locate one of the apps you previously purchased, after a moment, the purchase price should be replaced with iCloud download button. That indicates your Apple ID already purchased that app and you need only tap the cloud button to redownload and install it.
If you have done local backups to a laptop/computer, and you cable connect your iPhone to that laptop/computer, you can use the Apps tab on the device screen to manage the apps--reinstall them.
If you had data in the Apps, whether that is retained will depend on how the particular App stored the data. If it is backed up iCloud, you will get the data back once you download the app and launch it (may take a few minutes).
EDIT: Same applies to music you purchased (including free purchases, on both apps and music).

Are you sure you have iTunes set up to synch to your new iPod? The reason I ask is that by default, iTunes will not automatically synch to a new device. You have to go to the Apps tab and click Synch Apps, and do the same for Music, PodCasts, and so on....

Now i have tried to homeshare the accounts and drag the music over to download it onto this new account but i can't get the homesharing to work because it says the password doesn't match even though i have used the same one to log on and off of homesharing on my mom's account. That number is for an apple server in the UK that is used for iMessage activation. A hidden SMS is snet to that number when you turn iMessage on and is used to verify your phone number. I suggest you turn iMessage off. In settings/phone turn on dial assist. Check with your carrier to see if you can send an international SMS as you end that possibility to activate iMessage. Rest your phone (Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost).) then turn iMessage back on.

Check "Share my Library on my Local Network" in iTunes Preferences in your and her computer

Hello, thank you for your prompt answer. I did have an idea that Home sharing might be the answer but could not quite figure out how to do it. I have enabled home sharing in my iTunes account, put in username and password, clicked on creat etc. But the homs sharing icon doew not appear in the left side of iTunes. So I got stuck. When Soundbooth was first developed, it had a few extra things than what were not available in Audition. However, Audition remained the more high end sound editing tool. Soundbooth was locked to a multiple channel editing approach. In Audition, single editing is easy - you simply click the L or R at the right end of the sound channel to lock it and then you can edit the other channel only.
Soundbooth has been discontinued and Audition now has taken its place from CS6 to the Creative Cloud.
The above is some background info. To your current situation, you can use a workaround like:
* Export your audio file to separate channels by File > Export > Channels to mono files.
You will get 2 files with _L and _R suffix.
You can then edit them separately. You can go from Mono to Stereo by the following step.
Or
* Choose - Edit > Insert > Channels into New Multitrack file.
That will separate the Left and Right Channels and add them to a new multitrack file.
You can then click the Edit link at the top right of the channel to edit it.
You can then save that file as a new audio file.

It won't unless a problem occurs. Back them up, uninstall iTunes and all related components, and reinstall them.
