How do I show animation of text automatically during the Capture using Captivate 6?

would like to demonstrate text entry in a web text field but after capture, preview of slide 1 shows the blank text field, slide 2 shows all of the text I typed into text field box all at once, doesn't showing actual typing . Would like slide 2 to show is me actually typing the words into the search box. It doesn't; it just shows all the words at one time. What am I doing wrong?

Choose Insert, Text Animation. Default style is Aquarium, but if you scroll down in the long list you'll find Typing Text and it is working very well (tested it before answering).
FMR = Full Motion Recording. When using Automatic Capture, and have a scrolling or dragging movement, CP will switch automatically to FMR and you get sort of a video slide (red line in the axis of the timeline of that slide). A tip: default setting is 16-bit which gives an awful quality, change it immediately to 32-bit (Preferences, Recording, Video Demo - don't worry setting is used both for Video Demo and FMR). It is the only situation where FMR, which was the only video possible in previous versions, is still used. A better quality can be had with the new Video Demo mode for a recording slide but work flow is a bit more cumbersome because you have to stop the Automatic capture (being aware when CP should switch to FMR), then insert a Recording Slide, Video Demo, and then add additional Automatic Capture slides.

Per my knowledge,
it is by design that the data type multiple lines of text can only use “contains” and “begins with” operators.
You can also filter the list view using SharePoint Designer,
Open your list AllItem.aspx page in SPD ->click “Filter” > in “Field Name” select your multipe line of text field, in “Comparison” will displayed four choices.

how can u insert and retrieve text files in any format using forms6i.
can u give me an example of an insert statement, let's assume the file is located in the a:drive.
and retrieving the files, i would give the user a list of all the files that are in the database, the user would select one, but what command(or piece of code) would open the file in its apppropriate editor.
e.g .pdf formatted file would open in acrobat.
any help would be appreciated.

the filereference class is for downloading and uploading files.
if you want to load xml, use the xml class.
and, if you want to write to an xml file and don't want to use server-side code, wait.

I suspect you are probably correct about the reasoning, although there are already a myriad of ways to do that.
Don't get me wrong - I never said I like this. But it is consistent with other Apple applications, that are similar restrictive; you cannot take a screenshot, when dvd-player is running for example.

How do I edit or remove text automatically added to a DITA layout?

I'm evaluating FM11 with an eye toward using it to author our print manuals (along with all the reuse stuff that DITA will allow). I have some experience with DITA authoring in other applications, but FM is new to me.
It's going to be up to me and a colleague to demonstrate how FM is an improvement over our current manual process (InDesign). One thing we need to demonstrate in particular is how we'll retain complete control over layout appearances (something we don't easily get in our other XML authoring tool).
I've been playing with the "New" DITA task/reference/concept templates as they open, and I'm troubled to see that text automatically appears in some places and I can't edit it or delete it. For instance, an <info> tag adds the text "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION". We may not want that text to appear in our layouts, or we may want to change it. At the very least, I'll need to demonstrate that I have control over text like this.
I've looked through Reference Pages, EDDs, DTDs, INIs, and several other places, and I can't nail down the source of the (potentially) unwanted text. Can someone point me in the right direction?

These strings are defined in the EDD, as autonumber text in the paragraph style, or on the reference pages. It sounds like you've checked all those places, but they *are* there. One problem that you may be running into with FM11 is that you're likely using DITA 1.2, and for DITA 1.2 there is a separate structure application for each topic type. That means you'll have different EDDs and templates to search through. If you modify an EDD you'll be needing to import that into the corresponding template.
I strongly suggest that instead of modifying the default structure apps, you first clone the defaults to names of your own. Then you modify your custom apps and leave the default apps available unmodified for testing. You *will* break the apps at some point (everyone does), and without the default unmodified apps available for testing.
If you don't need the DITA 1.2 model, you might consider using the DITA 1.1 apps, which (I believe) are just one app for all topic types.
OR .. if you want a far simpler and reliable option for PDF publishing from DITA, you might check out DITA-FMx. This is a product that I sell, but it provides enhanced DITA authoring and publishing tools in FrameMaker ..

How can I view free-response text answers in the Summary Report of FormsCentral?

Can we view full individual free-responses in the Summary Report of FormsCentral?
One of the only things that keeps me using Survey Monkey occasionally over FormsCentral is that I can't find a way for FormsCentral to show users' free-response answers in the Summary Report. Survey Monkey produces all the customizable charts and graphs and also provides a "Show Free Reponses" or "Show all responses" option so you can view/report those details under the question summary, as well as the numbers. I would prefer to use FormsCentral for everything, so I hope I'm not missing something obvious. But, if this functionality doesn't exist yet on FormsCentral, this would be a really helpful enhancement in the future.

Ah yes, excellent question, and not really a clear cut answer. In my experience, the easiest way to find this information is to simply create the text using the standard transaction, in this case MM02. Then go to transaction SE16, using table STXH, do a query on this table, entering your user name, and today's date as the creation date. The results should show the text that you just created, now you can see the object, id, and the way the name is being used here.
I also understand that in some cases, there is a button next to the editor in the screen which gives you some idea of these values, but this is not implemented everywhere, and I believe that I've only seen this in one place, can't remember where, but the first solution above will always work for you.

How can I show/hide a nested composition during entire video?

I cannot figure out how to hide a nested composition/layer during the main composition. I want to hide it at the beginning, show it during part of the video, and then hide it for the rest of the time. How is this done? Is there a better way of doing this? I'm a rookie with After Effects, so please keep your explanations in detail. Thanks.

You can treat a nested composition or a precomp in the same way you treat any footage. You can split the layer (Ctrl/Cmnd + Shift + D), or simply duplicate the layer (Ctrl/Cmnd + D) and adjust the in our out points of the duplicate (Alt/Option + [ or ]), set keyframes for opacity (T). This is extremely basic stuff. Have you read Todd's Getting Started with After Effects?
If you just want to show or hide a layer and still keep it in the composition then you use the shy switch. The shy switch has nothing to do with layer visibility, it just makes it easier at times to navigate around the timeline.
