How do I show the anchor text instead of the link in a pdf?

I'm using Adobe Acrobat 7 to create a PDF.
I'm creating hyperlinks inside the PDF that link to Web links.
When the reader hovers over the text I want the anchor text to pop-up
instead of the Web link. How is this done?
For example:
If someone hovers their mouse over the text "click here for info" and
the link is "http://www.hyperlinkforinfo..com"
...I want "click here for info" to pop-up instead of "http://www.hyperlinkforinfo..com"

As you can observe by a look-see at Acrobat's Link Tool dialog, there is no facility for adding a "tool tip" or an alternate text description.
Nor can such be provided upfront in an authoring file and migrated into the output PDF.
While a properly developed Tagged PDF supports providing Alternate Text description for the <Link> element this is focused to AT applications.
Typically, entered Alt Text for the <Link> element will not "display" on screen ala "tool tip" idea.
Keep in mind that the feature set associated with a PDF link annotation is not at all the same as what is associated with HTML elements.
PDF (ISO 3200-1) and HTML (any flavor or 'recommendation') are rather different creatures.

Choose Insert, Text Animation. Default style is Aquarium, but if you scroll down in the long list you'll find Typing Text and it is working very well (tested it before answering).
FMR = Full Motion Recording. When using Automatic Capture, and have a scrolling or dragging movement, CP will switch automatically to FMR and you get sort of a video slide (red line in the axis of the timeline of that slide). A tip: default setting is 16-bit which gives an awful quality, change it immediately to 32-bit (Preferences, Recording, Video Demo - don't worry setting is used both for Video Demo and FMR). It is the only situation where FMR, which was the only video possible in previous versions, is still used. A better quality can be had with the new Video Demo mode for a recording slide but work flow is a bit more cumbersome because you have to stop the Automatic capture (being aware when CP should switch to FMR), then insert a Recording Slide, Video Demo, and then add additional Automatic Capture slides.

Are the contact details in your contacts app, the phone app uses the contact app to put names against telephone numbers.

Getting the character count for a paragraph is trivial:

The real issue comes when you want to update the document. If the destination paragraph is only ever empty or contains the character count of the previous paragraph, you could use:

Why does my text in Indesign start on the right side instead of the left?

I have done something to the newsletter that I am working on, but I don't know what I did.
Whenever I try to write a caption on a picture or try to type a piece of text for the newsletter, the cursor starts on the right side instead of the left and makes weird spacing and never lines up correctly.
The only way I can get text to work now is to use a snipping tool and snip text from another program!

With just the text tool selected, but no text boxes selected (or made), any change to the style of paragraphs or fonts etc is 'set' for the document. If you have clicked on the right alignment tool with nothing selected, then everything from then onwards will default to right align.
If every document you've worked on is doing this, then open InDesign with no document open (so just the panels showing, but no file/doc open) and select left align with the text tool in use. Any setting made with InDesign like this, is default for any new document created. Colours, alignment, optical kerning, fonts, sizes, leading etc etc changed in this state, is the new default.

How to get rid of the main text box in the back of the page AND move things

I usually work in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, but am creating two newsletter templates in Pages for a colleague, since it will be easier for her. But, for the life of me, I can't figure out how to get rid of the main text box in the back of the page that is driving me crazy. I just want a nice blank page that I can do whatever I want with. AND, I can't figure out how to select things so that I can move them, like shapes and text boxes. Some things seem to move fine, then other things just sit there. I am at the end of my rope!!!

Hi, Dylan. Welcome to Discussions.
If you're referring to the area where you just start typing when you open a new blank document, you can't get rid of it. But you also don't have to use it. You can insert text boxes and size and position them as you desire. Just be sure they're defined as Fixed on Page. When one is full and you want to continue it to another page (or to the side), click in the blank blue box on the lower right side of the text box. That will create another box and your overflow text will flow into it. Then position it where needed.
Also, you can create a text box the width of the page and then set it for 2 or more columns.
When you want to send something to the back and you may want to access it again later, just use the send backward command. If you send it all the way to the back, it will be behind the main text layer (where it will be safe from acvcidental movement) but you will have to click outside the work area and then drag the pointer to the object to select it.

Per my knowledge,
it is by design that the data type multiple lines of text can only use “contains” and “begins with” operators.
You can also filter the list view using SharePoint Designer,
Open your list AllItem.aspx page in SPD ->click “Filter” > in “Field Name” select your multipe line of text field, in “Comparison” will displayed four choices.

I m using JDeveloper 11g 5.1.1.1 : How to display the Input text box when the data in the table is empty or by using the dual table.
Since there is no record in the table, screen is displying only the lable. not displying the Input text box.? Any property is there to enable?.
One more case i tried by using dual (eg Select '0' as name from dual) created one view object and dragged in the JSF screen as input combo box with list of values.
In this case also it is not displaying the combo box.Just displaying the Lable name and 0 only.

How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
