How do i shrink a doc to 4MB

I've created a doc. on pages and wanted to share on Facebook but it was too large so i shrunk it down using "advanced-> reduce file size" and it shrunk down 12 KB but can shrink it no more...
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

To get images from your Pages document:
Export to PDF
Open the PDF in Preview
View > Thumbnails
Select the Thumbnail to export as an image
File > Export…
Change the Format to the preferred image typeResolution/Quality values to meet size constraints
Adjust filename and location to taste
Save

You can see the FI Doc. thru' given instruction
Go to T-code CJI3 then fillup the WBS no. in which you want to see the Settlement document.
Execute then filter up document type AA double click on this & click on FI document.

Unfortunately you need an airprint enabled printer to print from an iOS device. There are some work arounds but they are very complicated and aren't proven to work 100%. From what I understand through rumors they are working on allowing all wireless printers to work with iOS but at the moment that's a pipedream. I don't know how important it is but if you really need to print from iPhone you can find some great AirPrint printers on Ebay for decent prices. Good Luck!

Right click your document, hover over "Open with..." and then click "Other".
Find TextEdit and click "Open".
TextEdit will then do it's best to open your document.
If you have iLife, do the same but instead of opening with TextEdit open with Numbers, Pages, Keynote, e.t.c.

Back up all data.

From the folder that opens, remove any items that have the letters “PDF” in the name. You may be prompted for your login password. Then quit and relaunch Safari.
If you still have the issue, repeat the above steps using this line:
~/Library/Internet Plug-ins
If you don’t like the results of this procedure, restore the items from the backup you made before you started. Relaunch Safari again.

i done sample invoice for vendor and customer, this inter co payment transaction i cleared as well with f110. But this is not a original invoice so that i want to do reverse vendor and customer invoice If i am giving any doc no (cust invoice no, vendor invoice no or cleared doc no for cust or vendor).
System giving the message doc already cleared. its not triggered for reverse. Regarding this situation how can i reverse the doc. Please give me a suggestion for this.

The document type which you want to reverse will have the Reversal document type in OBA7
Like customer Invoice Document type will be DR so in OBA7 double click on DR you will see the reversal document type assigned there.
So check the number range assigned to that document type in FBN1,
That will be having the external number range assignment TICK.
If you want you can remove that tick or assigned any internal number range to that document type.

The online Adobe account you are referring to, is it Acrobat.com cloud?
You need to purchase a subscription for PDF Pack and then sign in to : https://cloud.acrobat.com/
Select the files saved in 'Acrobat.com' and then click on the 'Create pdf' tab to convert the selected doc files to pdf.
Alternatively you can download the .doc file from the online account and use Adobe Acrobat to convert it to pdf.
