I have a network that requires a password. I changed the password, but people who were previously signed in can still access the network. How can I shut down the network and start a new one with a new password?

Change both the name of the wireless network and the password
Make sure that you are using WPA2 Security
If you give the password to anyone, you should assume that they will give it to someone else.

Go to Settings>iCloud and turn all data that is syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off. When prompted choose to keep the data on the iPhone. After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Next, set up a new iCloud account using a different Apple ID and turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to this new account.
This will not move your photo stream, however. If you have photos in photo stream that you haven't backed up anywhere else you will need to save these before deleting the account. If not, open your photo stream album on your iPhone in the thumbnail view, tap Edit, tap all the photos to select them, tap the share arrow button, then tap Save to Camera Roll. The site also includes a drive compatibility database you can search to make sure your drive will work. I've done it and it's not too hard, but you'll need a Torx wrench and some thermal paste. If those two items freak you out, then it's a task better left to a shop. If not, have at it!

The iphone 5 can only be located if connected to a data or mobile network. If in Airplane mode or switched off, it can't be found.

Go to the Apple Store webpage and in the upper right go to Account and select Track an Order. There you will find the status of your order. You only get a tracking order when the items ships.

Looks like its fixed. I am syncing it now. A lot of the answers are for the new iphone so i had to mess with a bunch of settings as well. My old phone is now an 8 gig ipod. the books app no longer works and that *****.....but better than nothing...

It sounds like you might have broken links to your content. Either repair these by putting the files you've recovered where iTunes expects to find them or delete the broken entries then go to iTunes Store > Purchased > Music > Not on This Computer, and click the download links.
