How do I snyc the pictures from my old apple ID/icloud on to my new one????

My apple account was hacked into so I had to change my email on my account. I had tons of pictures saved on that account with icloud, but now that I have a new email address on that account the pictures did not automaticly transfer over. How do I get my pictures from my old account on to the new one please help!!!

You would have to delete the new account from your phone, sign back into the old account, turn on photo stream, save the photo stream photos to your camera roll (tap Edit, tap all the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll), then delete to old account and sign back into the new one again. (When you delete the account it only deletes it from your phone, not from iCloud. Your data will be synced back to your phone when you sign back in. Also, you will only get back photo stream photos added in the last 30 days. After 30 days photos are deleted from your camera roll even though they remain on any device that already has them.)

Restore it thru iTunes. At the prompt about using a backup, choose the other option to set up as a new iPhone.
Or, go to Settings/ General/ Reset/ Erase All Content and Settings, then don't select a backup.

Pictures on an iPod are stored in a special format, optimized for the iPod's small lower resolution screen, to save storage space. iTunes puts them into that format when syncing. There is setting in iTunes, on the iPod's Photos screen (where you set up syncing of photos) for Include full resolution photos. If that checkbox was checked when you synced the photos to the iPod, THEN you can Enable disk use and find those photo files on the iPod in the Photos folder.
Otherwise, you cannot get your photos back, using iTunes. There may be third-party utilities that can extract individual photos from the iPod, but they will still be lower-resolution versions of the original photo.

Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Start iTunes with the option (shift on Windows) key held down and guide it to the new location of the library.

I am unable to access my iPhone on my new computer without erasing and syncing all my data on my iPhone. I no longer have my old computer so unsyncing from that computer or transferring the data from it is out of the question. I have important settings, contacts, pictures, etc. that I don't want to lose from erasing my iPhone. However, I want to be able to actually put stuff on my phone. I attempted to backup my iPhone to my new computer and it worked. Yet, it seemed like it only backed up the apps on my iPhone. The warning message provided is all iTunes content on your iPhone will be erased, not all settings and data. The same applies when selecting to transfer any photos from the new computer. If you had a computer backup for your old computer that included your iTunes library and all photos on your iPhone that were transferred from your computer that could be transferred to your new computer, this wouldn't be a problem.
iTunes includes an option to transfer all iTunes content on your iPhone that was purchased/downloaded from the iTunes Store. With your iPhone connected and without syncing, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPhone. Or with your iPhone connected, right click on your iPhone under Devices in the iTunes source list and at the menu window that appears, select Transfer Purchases.
There are some 3rd party utilties that provide for transferring photos from an iPhone that were transferred to the iPhone from a computer, but the original resolution of these photos will be lost. When transferring photos from a computer, the photos are optimized for viewing on the iPhone. The same utilities provide for transferring music from an iPhone that was not purchased from the iTunes Store.
Contacts, settings, and photos/videos in the iPhone's Camera Roll are not affected by this.

Since your iPod can only be synced with one computer/iTunes library at a time, you'll want to copy everything that is currently on the iPod to the new library first. Once you have done that you can go ahead and choose the Erase and Sync option or restore the device to allow it to begin syncing with the new library.

I upgraded my phone from the Rogue to the Vortex and the reseller said they transferred all my contacts. After I got home I discovered that my pictures were not transferred. How do I get the pictures from my old phone to either my new phone or at least my computer or the Verizon online picture album since it wasn't done beforehand?

Does the Rogue have a micro SD card? The easiest way (IMO) is to move all the pics onto the card. The phone does not need to be activated to do this.
Then insert the card to your computer and copy all the information to the computer. From this point, you can reformat the card for the Vortex and move or copy the pics back so you can use them on the Vortex. If you don't need them all, you can just leave them on the computer.
To send them to the online album, the phone would need to be activated. It does not need to be activated to transfer the pics to an SD card and then to your computer.

To copy photos to your computer that were taken with the iPad, copied to it via the camera connection kit, or saved from emails/websites then see this page - on a PC you can use the windows camera wizard
To copy photos that were originally synced from a computer you will need a third-party app on your iPad such as Simple Transfer which can copy them off via your wifi network. But as photos are 'optimised' when they are synced to the iPad, any that you then copy back to a computer may not be exactly the same as they originally were on your computer.

Copy the entire iTunes folder from \Users\<User>\Music on the old drive into your music folder on the new computer.
