How do I solve a 150:30 Licensing Error?

I recently upgraded my OS and now CS4 won't launch. It gives me a "150:30 Licensing Error." How do I resolve this? Thanks.

The easiest way is often to uninstall, re-download the software and re-install from scratch.

How can I solve ORA-29278: SMTP transient error: 421 Service not available

I have two different Solaris Server (Server1 & server2).
In both the server SMTP server is configured.
In these two solaris server (Server1 & server2) we have installed Oracle 9i
I am using client machine to execute the following procedure.
When I connect to server1 (using SQL plus) and execute the following procedure, it works fine, and able to send emails properly.
But when I connect to server2 (using SQL plus) and execute the following procedure, I get the follwoing error.
Could you please help me to resolve this?

Error 150:30 Licensing on PSE8 XP

I'm running PSE 8 on a 32 bit Win XP machine.
Worked fine for several months.
I'm getting the 150:30 Licensing error. Already tried running the License Recovery 109 tool, to no avail.
Next steps?

How do I solve printing issue "Error: /System/Library..."

I am printing from OS X 10.6.7 to an HP Photosmart C7180 over WiFi.It works just fine from the Admin account.
However, when I print from another user account, I get the following error:
/System/Library/Printers/Libraries/PrintJobMgr/Contents/MacOS/PrintJobMgr failed
I have checked the HP site and it looks like all the necessary drivers for this series of printers is already included in OS X 10.6
Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this problem?

This error is usually caused by an invalid resource name, so if you are using VISA and want to connect to an instrument at address 2 on your first gpib board, use "GPIB0::2::INSTR".
Also, check that you can communicate with your instrument in Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX). You might also try the interactive control to make sure that the GPIB communication is working.

Error: 150:30 "Licensing for this product has stopped working" (Popped up when I tried to open an emailed jpg with Photoshop CS4). Restarted computer (iMac OS 10.9.5). No go. Message directed me to contact Adobe. How do you get a real person on the phone?

It's a common error. The best fix is to reinstall Photoshop CS4 from the discs.
If you do not have your discs, download the installer from here and have your serial number ready.

CS4 Licensing Error 150:30

After re-installing OS X my CS4 applications are not working.
I keep getting message "Licensing Error 150:30"

The Licensing repair tool does work. OSX 10.7 and above:
Download and open LicenseRecovery111.dmg on your Desktop
Open Terminal and type sudo and leave a space. <do not press "Enter" yet>.
Open the License Folder on the opened LicenseRecovery111.dmg and drag
"LicenseRecover.py" file into the Terminal Window.
The sudo command and path to the .py file should look like the screenshot below.
Press Enter to begin
Type in your password, but know that you will not see dots or asterisks as you type.
Press Enter again, let the script run and finish. You should be able to run Photoshop now.

If you use Photoshop at all, you may need to install the latest update to resolve this issue. See this blog post for more information:

If you do not have Photoshop, then try the solution that others have mentioned previously:
Open the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
If applicable, let AAM complete any automatic updates and restart itself.
Sign in with your Adobe ID. (Optionally, you can close AAM at this point.)
Open a CS6 application (e.g. InDesign CC).
If prompted (e.g. you get the trial screen), click "License This Software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.

BaconBits is right to ask if the files are protected or not.
DRM files can only be transferred using Windows Media Player, Creative MediaSource or Nano Media Explorer so that the licenses are transferred. Do not try drag'n'drop with Windows Explorer on porotected files. This is explained in the Help file manual on your CD.
Also do not use Audible Manager to transfer music files.

Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with one Apple ID with a new Apple ID.
