How do I sort or reorganize while using the new Numbers 3.0; I can't seem to find the sort icon.

Yes, I understand the convenience of the old Reorganize panel. I thought it was great. The problem is (I'm guessing) that it is really hard to do something like that in Numbers iOS and Numbers for iCloud. So they gave us features that are more likely to work across all platforms.
If you need to sort just selected rows you could put the =A&C&B formula (or whatever order you need) in just the rows you need to sort. Leave the other cells in column D blank.
Or, if you're doing a LOT of partial sorting like that maybe you should have the data in separate tables anyway.
Not saying it's great... just saying there are workarounds... until (if) something like the Reorganize panel comes back by popular acclaim.

Perhaps the original poster could clarify what they mean by "sort by month". In numeric order by month then year, in numeric order by year then month, or in some other order?
If you do not like TO_CHAR, another approach (again assuming "numeric order by month then year" is what is desired) might be:

2. The expression(s) in ORDER BY clause do need to appear in the GROUP BY clause (unless you want to order on the result of an aggregate expression, like involving SUM, which does not appear to be the case here).
3. Expressions in the SELECT clause do need to appear in the GROUP BY clause, unless they are aggregate expressions, like involving SUM.

How can I export photos to Shutterfly using the new Photos app on my Mac?

I just blindly accepted Photos as an upgrade from iPhoto. Now, I cannot figure out how to export my photos to Shutterfly (this is both my backup method for saving photos and also how I send albums to family/friends).

Go to the App Store and check out the Purchases List. If iPhoto is there then it will be v9.6.1
If it is there, then drag your existing iPhoto app (not the library, just the app) to the trash
Install the App from the App Store.

For this create a function module for ISDAT. attach that event in BUS7.
In the ISDAT funtion modulethe following code should be used.
For example to set the nationality:

Do I now have to sort massive tables by each column one at a time now? Also there used to be an easier way to merge/unmerge cells without me having to go to the table menu each time. Am I missing something?

Multiple column sort is a missing feature in the new version. Hopefully soon to return. You can do a multicolumn sort by sorting one at a time in reverse order of importance.
For merging and unmerging cells, I select the cells and right click to bring up the contextual menu. Merge and unmerge are on the menu. You could also create keyboard shortcuts for Merge Cells and Unmerge Cells in the Table menu.

Sort a Grid while using CollapseLevel

I'm using a Grid with data that I need sorted. I can use the SQL statement to sort the data how I need it. But I would also like to use CollapseLevel. When I do that my data gets scrambled. Have any of you found a work around for this?

I´m sorry to tell that there are no good news. The Grid object hasn´t any Ordering functionallity nowadays, and the only way to get that is to execute the SQL statement again. As Grid object needs the format to be designed each time new data is entered, you will have to do it each time the sorting is done.
