How do I speak to a supervisor?

I need to speak with a supervisor. I called and had 20 minutes on a call. The Vwz person would only remain anonymous, and said it was against company policy to do otherwise. I have an issue to resolve and need to have management contact me without being anonymous.

I was just called back by a person who could not speak English very well, who claims he is at the highest level of  management. His name is William [removed] in California. He spoke over me and was rude.
RE: I-pad: My credit card has been billed continuously 4 times so far, without my asking, or approval. I signed up for one month Only of service, and my account shows zero usage. They told me I was Not on Auto re-new, but since this is prepaid service it can't be credited back (even though they took the money from my American Express card). I asked who there could help me and he (the so called manager) told me that it was just policy, and he was as high as there is. He had the same poor english as the first person, and it just sounded like there was one guy covering for the other.
Verizon, can you please have someone who can help me call, or leave me an e-mail message with there phone #. Also, I would appreciate if they are easily understood when speaking english.

    I have been a customer with VerizonWireless for over 10 years.  I called two months ago because they had a new rate plan, in reading information on the website, it appeared they were going to switch everyone to the new program.  I called (mainly because my bill was nuts) and the rep told me the new plan she was switching me to was $180 per month.  The first bill came and it was $280, which they explained away as I was switching plans.  The next month it was $255 (which was $25 more than I was paying), when I called the rep - was very quiet.  I explained what I was told and she seemed confused.  When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she stated they were all in a meeting and one would return my call within 24 hours.  IT HAS NOW BEEN 36 HOURS AND I CAN GUARANTEE I WILL NOT HEAR FROM VERIZONWIRELESS MANAGEMENT UNTIL I CALL THEM AGAIN. 
    This is truly wonderful customer service!!!!  Does anyone know how to reach somebody at VerizonWireless, that can explain why I was told one thing and then received something else.  My thought is if they treat a 10 year customer this way, how are they treating the new customers.

    For several hundred productions, Pr CS6 worked perfectly for me.  Now, for some unknown reason, when I attempt to render video, the render progress window continually shows more and more frames to be processed.  Therefore when I get to 80% rendered it drops back to 70% and increases the total frames in the render.... over and over, so that I never get past 99% rendered... regardless of how long I let it process.

    Officially there is only online support unless Apple initiates a call.  Unofficially you might find a number by searching but I don't know if we're supposed to post it here.

    Yes, that is the key to it.   In North America live chat is available, though I would question the value of it.   It usually takes ten times longer to 'chat' than to talk or even send an eMail.  Why don't you ask your question here; by far the most realistic means of attracting a reasonably accurate answer.

    You restore it from your most recent backup.
    You can redownload your previous iTunes purchases but everything else is gone.

    This can't be disabled. When the phone is charging via the magnetic charging dock and you answer a call, the loudspeaker will be enabled. But once you remove the phone from it, the sound will automatically go via the ear speaker. It's not meant that you should lift up the whole charging station for answering a call.
