We have suffered loss of telephone and broadband service since August and have just been told we have to wait another 4 weeks for someone to look at it.
We first logged a fault with the line on 11th August which was indentified within a few weeks as a cable problem and a promise that Openreach would be working on it soon.. Since then the promises have continued to come week after week that Openreach are “working on it”, yet nothing actually ever happens. I cannot believe it can take so long to fix this issue with no temporary solution offered!! Does anyone know how to contact Openreach to at least get them to speak to the BT Escalation team (who by the way have been very sympathetic and responsive)?
We are now at wits end, we depend on the Broadband service for work and keeping in contact with family in Canada.

Yes, that is the key to it. In North America live chat is available, though I would question the value of it. It usually takes ten times longer to 'chat' than to talk or even send an eMail. The easiest way, I guess, is by going to transaction SMOD, sticking in your enhancement name and pressing the test button.
When placing breakpoints, don't use <b>Breakpoints > Breakpoint at > Statement...</b> and enter
PERFORM USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT
because you won't get any hits since the function module names are stored dynamically.
Rather use <b>Breakpoints > Breakpoint at > Function Module...</b> and enter
USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT
for a better chance of hitting the breakpoint.

How to find out WHY Flash Player 11.2.202.236 plugins crash in Firefox ESR 10.0.6 on 64-bit Linux

Flash crashes dozens of times a day and I am trying to figure out WHY.
I have the recommended latest player & browser for my operating system.
The only diagnostic information I have is that the crashes seem to occur when a few tabs are open with videos loading in them and when any one video is closed, flash then locks up the browser for about 30 seconds, and then ALL the videos that were loading in separate tabs are dumped & say that the plugin crashed.

This is the correct set of components.
Debugging, I've modified the about:config dom.ipc.plugins.timeoutSecs to any value of 10 seconds to 45 seconds (the default), but it doesn't seem to make a difference in the number of crashes.
Any idea how to get more diagnostic information?

Unfortunately, there's nothing in "/var/crash" after the numerous flash crashes so I'm not sure where to look next.
The 'dmesg' command reports:
npviewer.bin[16884]: segfault at 340 ip 00007f26bda22ab0 sp 00007fffa8abbe78 error 6 in libflashplayer.so[7f26bd68d000+1179000]
Bringing up the CentOS 6 "Applications->System Tools->System Monitor", I see the numerous Flash crashes appear to have some relationship with "npviewer.bin", which uses the "/usr/lib64/flash-plugin/libflashplayer.so" shared object module and which has numerous "open files", one of which is "/home/<username>/.xsession-errors".
Looking at "/home/<username>/.xsession-errors", we find these lines, which may be useful.
Here are some excerpted errors & warnings:

Does this happen with every file you try to send or any specific one?

Sorry, but what do you mean by "what numbers I have included"? Find My iPhone doesn't store nor go by phone numbers, if that's what you're referring to. It's done by the Apple ID you used to set up Find My iPhone on the device you wish to track, and the devices will be shown by name.
You may need to explain further what it is you're asking or are trying to accomplish.

1) save as psd for reverting later if needed
2) Click on the filter closest to the bottom in the history panel.
3) Choose the filter from the filter menu that was listed in the history panel
4)See what settings are there then click cancel
5)Repeat for the next filter up on the history panel
Do all of this before creating more steps that could push those steps from the history panel or close the document or photoshop as the history panel will be cleared.
Disclaimer: Even though the settings should be in the filters that you used last, there is no guarantee especially if used again afterwards with a different setting.

My first generation iPod touch backup Failed. How do I find out why?

I back up my iphone and ipod touch to the same Mac. I've never had a problem before with either one. My Mac treats each one as an individual device. The error message popped up at the end of my ipod sync this afternoon.
I took your advice and checked my backup folder. There were several files shown and I moved what I thought was the correct backup file to another location and synced my ipod. No problem. I then checked the old backup file and noticed that the file name did not match (they were significantly different). I probably moved the wrong backup file. So I moved that file back, re-synced both devices and everything worked great.
So, I can't say for certain that your advice was correct. It may have been a glitch and all I needed to do was to re-sync instead of panicing. But I appreciate the quick response.
