How do I specify that I want no more than x instances of my MDB ?

How do I specify that I want no more than x instances of my MDB ?
After all, I don't want as many MDB instances as messages, what's a queue for then...
Does Max Beans In Free Pool do the trick ?
Thank you.

Hi Rosalie,
Max Beans in Free Pool is there for this purpose. Note
that MDB concurrency is also limited by the thread pool size,
and that it is often useful to give MDBs their own
thread pool to prevent them from stealing threads from other
applications. See:
http://edocs.bea.com/wls/docs81/ejb/DDreference-ejb-jar.html#dispatch-policy
You will likely find it useful to read through the
JMS Performance Guide if you haven't already done so. The above
information, as well as related info, is included:

how we will know that dimension size is more than the fact table size?

Hi,
Let us assume that we are going to take Division and distribution channel in a dimension and assume we have 20 distinct values for Division in R/3 and 30 Distinct values for Distribution channel .So Maximum, we can get 20 * 30 records in dimension table and we can take rough estimation of records in the cube by observing the raw data in source system.

You need to get rid of MacKeeper (Zeobit). Do not use their uninstaller, follow the instructions here ...

When that is done there does not appear to be a lot wrong if you correct the red ink entries.
The 4Gb is sufficient for Yosemite though 6 or 8 Gb would be better. You may find the download slow so be prepared.

• How to install more than one instances on one machine

Hi ALL,
I want to install more than one instances on one machine, but i am a freshman on SAP field. How and where can i get the related infomation for that? thank you very much !!

Hi tieyan,
Glad the information was of some help.
For Windows, there is an older note 28392 that has some more information. It is important also that the SAP parameter PHYS_MEMSIZE is sized correctly according to note 88416 (the bottom of the note gives some examples). For example, if there were two central instances and the two Oracle database instances on one host, PHYS_MEMSIZE for both instance profiles (of the central instances) would be 35% of the RAM (1/2 of 70%). In the case of MSSQLSRV 2000, for PHYS_MEMSIZE you would refer to the scenarios of note 327494.
If you ever want to thank somebody else for helping in answering a question, the Rules of Engagement has a section 'Thank Others by Giving Points' that explains this further.

You'll need to see if there's an app in the App Store that does what you want. Search for "Group SMS" or similar.

How can I use my iPod nano on more than one computer?

Hi, China6450.
Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
I would recommend setting up Manually manage music. This will only allow music to be synced from the computer to the iPod nano. Here are some helpful articles that will walk you through the process.

• How can i restrict a user not open more than 3 sessions in database

how can i restrict a user not open more than 3 sessions in database. For this i have already create a profile and set CONCURRENT_SESSIONS=3 and assing that profile to user but the problem is there.

You will simply need to use the following parameter in your CREATE PROFILE syntax.
CREATE PROFILE normal_user
LIMIT SESSIONS_PER_USER 2;
but the resource limits set for a profile are enforced only when you enable resource limitation for the associated database.
you could do this either by having an initialization paramater which will invoke as soon as the database starts or try using ALTER SYSTEM command

What happens if I post a fillable form on a website that is used by more than 500 people (any version of Adobe Acrobat) how can I accomplish this legally.

LiveCycle Designer does not figure into this at all. The other enabling software that can allow for unrestricted use is called LiveCycle Reader Extensions. There is a version of this software available through Datalogics (www.datalogics.com) as well that may be more convenient to use.
People often bring up the scenario of making a small change and creating a new form. I don't think this would be valid and use the following as a guideline: If the form is collecting the same data for the same purpose, it's the same form
I got this years ago from some materials for LiveCycle Reader Extensions and it seems reasonable.
Note that Reader 11 can do a lot without the form needing to be enabled, such as saving a filled in form and using template features, but not digital signatures. So if you can get your users to update to Reader 11, you won't need to bother with these restrictions.

• How to build an EVDRE input schedule with more than 3 dimensions?

Hello experts,
can anybody tell me, how to build an EVDRE input schedule with more than 3 dimensions?
How must the parameter configuration (expansion 1, 2, 3, 4) and range configuration (ColKeyRange, RowKeyRange, PageKeyRange) look like? If anybody could post an example, how such an input schedule could look like, I would be very thankful.
Best regards,
Stefan

Well, posting an example might be quite difficult. But there is no right-or-wrong approach. Since Inputs are made at the lowest or base level members of all dimensions, the key is to determine which dimensions you want in your expansion, to be able to gather the input. Otherwise, you may only need a couple of nested dimensions. But if you open BPC for Excel, open a blank workbook and in any cell type [ =EVDRE() ], then press refresh, the DRE wizard will allow you to select your nested row and columns for the report, and then build a basic report for your foundation.
I personally like to NOT expand my columns, and only nest 2 or 3 row member sets, depending on the details we need for input. SOmetimes, the whole input schedule is without any expansions, and just refreshes based on the CV changes, such as entity, category, time etc.
If you need more details, keep posting what you are trying to accomplish and we will try to help.

Can any one give me clue ,how to find out which sub query returns more than one row in the following query .This is why smaller, simpler queries are easier to work with than huge ones - when something like this goes wrong smaller queries are much eaiser to debug. Unfortunately using smaller, easier-to-work with queries is not always an option
Ganesh is right - you will have to dissect the big query bit by bit until you find the offending subquery. If there is another way I would like to find out about it too.
The easiest way to do this is probably to use block comments to isolate parts of the query bit by bit until you find the offending part. If you carefully examine the subqueries you might be able to figure out which one is returning multiple rows without commenting everything
Good luck!

• Is there a way that I can see more than just the next slide in Presentation mode (as an old version of PowerPoint used to do)?

Is there a way that I can see more than just the next slide in Presentation mode (as an old version of PowerPoint used to do)?

Sorry - should have been more specific. As far as I can see, Keynote will only allow me to see the current slide and the next slide on my laptop when I am presenting a slideshow through a projector. But an old version of PowerPoint allowed me to show the current slide....and (adjustable) many more slides ahead (say 10)....so I could simply jump ahead to a 'future' slide and skip several slides in between. Net result being that I was able to matcgh my slides to group discussions rather than stick to a fixed, predetermined slide show.
As much as it pains me, without this facility - PowerPoint (old verson, not current one) is more useful for me! :-((

Same here. I have 1 ATV2 and 2 computers and each has separate iTunes accounts (mine and my wife's). The ATV menu says "computers" so I presume you can have more than 1 computer on 1 ATV. The big question is how do you set it up?
