How do I stop a weird dialogue box from popping up whenever there is a youtube video embedded on a page?
Since upgrading to 10.10.3, I keep getting a dialogue box that asks me to choose an application or search the app store for some purportedly missing app to open whatever video is embedded on that page. I can just click "cancel" to skip through it, but it really slows me down and is annoyingly unnecessary since videos continue to play in a normal fashion when I click on them. I've tried uninstalling and trashing the components of Flash, but the dialogue boxes continue. And I've also tried downloading and installing the latest version of Flash to see if that was the problem, but no success. Anybody else experiencing this? Clearly this was introduced by the latest OS X software upgrade, because this did not occur before that.
I don't understand why I (not a power user) should have to go through this whole rigamarole since Apple is apparently the culprit in introducing this problem to my system, due to the upgrade to 10.10.3, but here it is:
Problem description:
Since upgrading to 10.10.3, I’m getting pop-up dialogue boxes on pages with embedded videos telling me that the app I need to view the video is missing and that I should search the MacApp store to find what I need (which is actually nothing at all). I have to click cancel to continue and the videos can be viewed as normally. This only started with the latest Mac version of OS X, and I blame the problem on Apple, which has apparently introduced some error into my system.

I was messing around with some certificates trying to get Office Communicator to work on my Mac here at work.
Ever since then the keychain dialog box continually pops up asking for my X509Anchors password. I know the password, my problem is that this dialog box continually pops up. CalendarAgent is the main app that keeps trying to access it, though others do occasionally as well.

I'm currently on OS 10.8.2That entry in your keychain may be damaged. In the /Applications/Utilities/ folder, launch Keychain Access. At the left, the upper item selected should be login, and the lower on Passwords. At the right, locate (if it's obviously named), the item for X509Anchors and remove it. Close Keychain Access. Then next time you visit the site this is for, it will ask for your login information as if it were your first visit. Enter your info and a new keychain link will be created.

Whenever I'm browsing through my files on my PC, if I open the iTunes folder inside my music folder, iTunes automatically launches. If I close iTunes without browsing away from this folder, it simply re-opens itself.
edit: I have no Apple devices currently connected to the computer and WiFi Sync is disabled.
How can I stop this behaviour?

The fact the iPhone starts playing when connected to your car stereo is a function of your car bluetooth system.
Consult your car dealer/bluetooth system manual.
I have attempted to delete all music from the device (so there would be nothing to play), but 1 song remains in the iphone memory and I have been unable to delete that song.
Connect the iPhone to computer and select it in iTunes.
Click the Music tab and uncheck Sync music.

Adobe Flash Player is requesting permission to store information on my computer. It appears in a square on my screen at will. It shows two choices which include: ALLOW or DENY (In either case, it is requesting viewing my information)

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.

You have to close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit") -

I'm running mobile Firefox 22.0 on a Nexus 4 and recently (this week I think) Firefox has decided it would be great to list every single comment that I've made on Facebook when I go to enter text in a comment field. It's extremely annoying and aggravating since it blocks the rest of the page while you're trying to type. I've been using FF for almost 15 years now on my desktop and the last 2.5 years on my mobile phones. Never seen this kind of problem and I have scoured for a solution to no avail.
I tried clearing the cache but that didn't help. I'm hesitant to clear the data or I'll lose my bookmarks (I'm not good at backing them up and won't take the time regardless) and whatnot but oddly enough somehow FF is only around 20 Mb yet it's bloated up to almost 120 Mb for some reason. I can't even find a setting to tell it how much memory to use for temp/cache files. I don't recall it ever getting anywhere near that bloated on my Thunderbolt.
I don't recall installing any updates recently. I haven't changed any settings. Nada. It seems to only be on FB's site too as I entered some info in my bank's website to test and when I reloaded and went to enter text in to the same fields there was no "history". It just started doing it all of a sudden. If I can't figure it out soon I will have to uninstall it. Please help.
On a side note not being able to access your bookmarks without opening another tab is simply, well, stupid. Took me a little while to figure out where they were hiding. It used to be in the menu but I realize that ICS was a little while back.To prevent Firefox from displaying form autocomplete suggestions, you can turn off that feature using the about:config page.

Every time I try to pull up a page this stuip box called "Confirm Setting Cookies" pops up and won't let me do anything. I'm about to remove Firefox because of the frustration. I'm using Windows2000.. Some of my key software is not compatible Windows XP or 7 therefore I don't intend to upgrade or change. I just want to get rid of that damn "URGENT !! " popup nag that appears every time I access Firefox. I'm sure there are others that have the same problem. Is there a solution?

It sounds like you set Enable to Camera Raw instead of setting Format to Camera Raw.
Where it says Format, set that to All Readable Documents and for the most part you shouldn't have to change that.
After you click on the jpeg file in the Open Dialog, set the Format to Camera Raw

How to stop the [Annoying] Color Picker box from popping up on Illustrator CS5; Please Help!
Yes, I'm talking about that box. It can get very annoying to constantly go back and forth to exit it out. I'm sure there should be some preferences option *somewhere* on Illustrator CS5 where you can prevent that annoying box from popping up all the dang time. It's almost like an ad. If the creators can make it automatically pop up, then there should be a way to turn off that feature. Otherwise this should be listed as another aggravating Illustrator feature that needs to get fixed.
This has to be the most annoying thing in Illustrator and has been for the years I have been using it. I click on that icon to switch between having the stroke and fill selected, and it pops up the color panel in place of my swatches panel which is what I need.
Let's say I have a swatch in my swatches panel that I want to use as the stroke for an object. I currently have the fill selected to work with, so I go down and click the stroke icon (shortcut for that is X but I prefer not to use the shortcut for that function). I then move back over to where my swatches panel is normally, but the damn color panel is covering it now! So I need to make an extra click back over to the swatches panel so I can use it. Such a minor little thing but so incredibly annoying.
I usually work with a subset of colors in the swatches panel and when I need to use a color picker, I simply doubleclick on the fill/stroke icon on the toolbar. Thus, the color panel is completely useless to me in most cases.
If I close a panel, any panel, it should not pop up unless I specifically go to the Window menu to enable it.
