How do I stop another person using their own Apple ID accessing my Itunes library on a shared computer?

My daughter and I have our own Itunes libraries on a shared computer. However we can access each others libraries by using our own Apple ID. This causes a problem because she was able to access my account and delete some music by mistake. Is their a way that I can ensure no one can access my music?

If two people have separate libraries on the same computer, it is best to put them into two separate Windows User accounts.
Go to Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Add User Accounts, and get her set up in a separate user account. Then move all her stuff there and from then on the two of you can operate independently on the same computer.

I set up individual Apple ID's for my children so that they could have their own Apple ID on their individual iPad minis (gifts from grandparents last year). When I go to iCloud under Settings, I see my Apple ID listed at the top, then my children's listed under Family Sharing. So the device is still using my Apple ID for iCloud, iTunes, etc., correct?
To "assign" their own Apple ID to their own iPad mini, I would need to "Sign Out" from my Apple ID. When I attempt to do so, I receive a warning that all of the Documents and Data will be lost/deleted.
So, instead of doing this, I figured out that I could do what you suggested. Signing in using a child's Apple ID will allow her/him to use Game Center, FaceTime, and Messages just fine. However, using their Apple ID for iTunes & App Store proved to be a problem: Purchased Music and Movies appeared in iTunes, but my Purchased Apps did not appear. Some Apps even disappeared, e.g. Proloquo4Text (a $99 app to help my son speak with his iPad).
So I reverted to using my Apple ID for iTunes & App Store, and I get everything that I want, EXCEPT for the iCloud storage for each Apple ID.
So that's when I started wondering how Family Sharing was really benefiting me ~ It was a lot of work (deleting apps to allow space to download iOS 8, etc) without any benefit that I can see. UNLESS I find a means to allow me to sign in each iPad's iCloud account with a different AppleID, then perhaps restore the Documents and Data from a backup? Would that work?

I have a very similar problem in that purchases I make on the ATV are shuttled off to my computer even before I have a chance to watch them. Nothing remains on the AppleTV except (strangely) a show I bought from iTunes months before I ever got the ATV. In order to watch anything, I have to either leave my computer turned off between the time I order and watch it; or I have to have my computer on in order to stream the show back to the ATV. I like the idea of syncing with the computer as a backup solution, but the ATV should be designed to prefer to keep unwatched material on its hard drive until some threshold storage level has been reached, and then it should move off older shows to make room for newer ones.

your personal library is not saved to the internet, but your itunes account is, so you can download songs on different computers through your accound
also, if you want all of your itunes library on both comps, then just copy them using some kind of connection.

On my old Win7Pro system (Firefox stepwise updated from early version 2 to version 18.0) this works perfectly: for example my own homepage http://www.du-ch.net/ shows its light blue background color. However, on my new Win8Pro laptop with Firefox 18.0 directly installed, the background is always white (system windows color).
NOTE: There is of course a menu option (—settings—menu—color) where changes SHOULD be possible. However, crossing or uncrossing the checkboxes does not change anything in the system behaviour: the Win8 and the Win7 systems show different background colors independently on any checks in the 2 boxes (of course with the same settings, too). Obviously a bug [to be corrected by the developers], but meanwhile does anybody know what to change in the settings file (I will of course be careful !) ?

Thanks, indeed returning to another predefined design resolved the problem. Note that before, I used a personal, modified design, but obviously there was still a "high-contrast" [disturbing] function active, which overread the "allow internet pages colours" setting in Firefox and IE [but not in Opera and Chrome]. The Win8 high contrast themes anyway lead to highly unsatisfactory results in many applications, such as black text on darl grey background, or light grey text on white background.

I used my PC and configured up an new iPhone 5s. I was logged into my own Apple ID while installing it and recovering it from an older Safety Copy, the safety copy was done also while on this account. I want the owner of the 5S to use their own Apple ID on the iTunes store and on iCloud. I did register their iCloud account and used their Apple ID when on the phone for the first time, but whenever I try to update apps my ID shows up. Is there a way to change this ID to the owner of the 5S' owner without deleting all the apps, or somehow still recover them from the copy?

Try recovering them from the copy. If those copies are also associated with your Apple ID, no.
