Hello i have a dv7 with the beats audio. The speakers rattle and sound bad?

I think my speakers are loose or they have a problem.

I searched in youtube and i think it is the beep of death!!What can i do??!help!!!

It has messed up my being able to work on Facebook. It stops me from using the posting process and other things.

I am unable to using the posting feature on Facebook to share my comments. I also cannot "like" a feed or "comment" on a feed. It has also stopped me from accepting gifts sent to me, and I cannot message anyone.
Someone suggested that Firefox is blocking the pop-ups on Facebook , which is why I cannot use those features.
I also cannot use my media programs such as Lexmark Productivity Studio, HP media center, Windows media Center. It won't let me load pic from my camera into my computer.
All this is happening since I switched from IE to Firefox as my browser and recently to Firefox Beta. I like the speed of FF but not happy about certain features.
I am NOT a techno-nerd or whatever, and I can't afford to pay someone to fix things for me. However, I am a very good learner, as I am/was a grade school teacher.

All depends on what you're starting with and what you're exporting to. If you are exporting a self contained file using the sequences current settings then the export should happen pretty quickly. (length of the sequence and whether it has been rendered being the only real factors) Exporting a non self contained reference file should take even less time.
If you are converting your sequence on export then it will of course take longer depending on how much you are changing or compressing the file. And if you're working with HDV things can slow down dramatically as everything has to be conformed to i-frame.

     I have noticed that 13GB of photo's only equals around 3GB on the iPad and iPhone. I noticed the same thing with audio. Although, I do not notice the compression with video.
     My question is, how do I stop it from compressing photo's if I want to? I understand it saves space, but what if I wanted to email the full size photo to someone. This also may defeat the purpose of some editing programs. I would like to know how to do the same with audio.
     It does not affect the original files in anyway, correct? Also, I using the manual drag and drop option for Movies and audio. I sync with the photos.

With syncing photos you can't change how they are synced, iTunes will 'optimise' them when copying them over to the device - and no, the original photos on your computer are not affected, iTunes creates separate 'optimised' versions of the photos on your computer and copies those over.
If you want the original versions of the photos on your iPad then (and if there were only a few that you wanted full-scale) you could email them to yourself and use 'open in' in the Mail app to copy them to the Photos app, or use the camera connection kit with your iPad to copy them via an SD card to it - photos copied via the kit are copied full resolution, they aren't changed.
Or there are third-party photo management apps such as Photo Manager Pro which can copy photos to/from your computer via the 'file sharing' section on the device's Apps tab in iTunes, they will be copied as-is - that app can also copy photos to/from it and the Photos app.
For your music, on the device's Summary tab when connected to your computer's iTunes, under the Options heading have you currently got the 'convert higher bit rate songs to ...' set ?

how do I turn on the beats audio or the speakers on the pc? is there a built in speaker with the PC?

I found this thread that has the answer to your question. The thread shows the button combination to turn the beats audio on and off.
That combination is the "FN" key + "B" at the same time.

Beats Audio compression and volume fluctuation - HP ENVY m6-1178sa

Just wondering if there's actually been a fix for this yet, as it seems to be a common problem. Using an HP ENVY m6-1178sa and after scouring the internet high and low, none of the fixes seem to be working at all. Whether using the onboard laptop speakers, external speakers, or headphones, all loud sections in songs are dramatically reduced in volume and the low end is totally sucked out. I've had to revert to listening to music on my phone because Beats makes certain songs borderline unlistenable. If there hasn't been an official fix yet, then I urge you to make one as soon as posible, as sound quality was a major motivation for buying this laptop!

I have an HP Envy 17T I purchased in Jan. 2015 with Windows 8.1 and noticed the same issue of highly compressed audio when playing back music files no matter what app you used (Windows Media Player, iTunes, Virtual DJ, etc.). Like the rest of us, this has been driving me crazy. I can confirm that it is not a figment of your imagination - the compression is indeed caused by BeatsAudio. I find it incredible that a software app that supposedly claims a superior listening experience would overlook the ability to turn off such an annoying (and in-your-face) feature!!?? Oh well, so much for my soap box. I stumbled upon a solution that involves disabling Beats Audio and substituting another audio device driver in its place. The following steps work for Windows 8.1 on an HP Envy laptop: Go to Windows Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers section.In the list of audio device drivers, look for Realtek High Definition Audio. This is the device driver for BeatsAudio (a little bit sneaky, wouldn’t you say?).Right-click and select Disable. The downward arrow displays on this driver, indicating it is disabled. (NOTE: At this point, you won’t be able to play any music files.)Right-click and select Update Driver Software.Select Browse my computer for driver software.Select Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.You should see a window that says Select the device driver you want to install for this hardware. NOTE: If you see a window that says something like This is the best driver for this device, exit the window and repeat steps 4, 5, and 6.In the Model box, highlight High Definition Audio Device (this is the substitute audio device driver) and click Next.At the Update Driver Warning window, click Yes. Here's a little gotcha. Let's say you've color corrected a few clips and you've applied an effect to one and want to paste it the other clips. You switch off color correction and copy the clip. I have transfered my library my library to a NAS drive. How do I stop Itunes from creating the default folder on the local drive?

I've transferred my Itunes Media Library to a NAS drive, and pointed Itunes (using the advanced preferences tab) to the relevant folder on the NAS drive. I have done this to free up disk space on a computer I primarily use for work but which I use both at home and at work. The NAS drive is at home. (To clarify, I am not expecting Itunes to function at work, only at home when access to the NAS drive is available).
Under certain circumstances Itunes will start-up at work and when it does it will create the folder structure for the Itunes Media Library in the default location (on the local drive) instead of looking for the location I have specified (the NAS drive) which it should not be able to find when I am at work and telling me that it can't find it (which would be fine).
How do I stop Itunes from recreating the default folder structure and defaulting the file path to the standard media library location on my local drive? Every time this happens I have to re-point Itunes to the NAS drive location, which often requires me to reconsolicate libraries which is tedious and time consuming. It seems that in the process of one of these consolidations I have lost some of the media files. They are still in the library (ie. visible in the Itunes window) but Itunes can't find the media associated with that file - identifying them with an excamation mark "!".
Any help with this would be appreciated, as I have read several forums and threads, and despite trying several different approaches I have been unable to address the problem, which appears to be exacerbated by the laptop being remote from the NAS drive.

Yes.
Quit iTunes.
Copy the /Music/iTunes/ folder on the NAS.
Move the /iTunes media/ folder currently on the NAS into the /iTunes/ folder you just copied to the NAS.
Hold Option, launch iTunes, select Choose library... and select the iTunes folder on the NAS.
You can delete /Music/iTunes/ folder on the internal drive.
If you launch iTunes while NOT comnnected to the NAS, iTunes will recreate the /Music/iTunes/ folder and you will have an empty library.
WHen you are again connected to the NAS, just do step 4 above.
Do you know what the advantages and disadvantages are of having the database files like the ".itl" files stored locally versus on the NAS?
Keeping everyhing together inside the iTunes folder makes it "cleaner" and simpler to manage everything.

It does the same thing with deleted messages that keep showing up again and again in multiples even after deleting them. I have made sure my server settings in all email accounts are set to delete immediately once I delete them on my MacBook Pro/IPhone. I have tried that but it does not fix the problem.
The "card" group is not a previous recipient.
Although not available for editing in Contacts, it is a valid group showing up in the "To" field of Messages, Mail, or any app using the AddressBook.
Its associated file is automatically created in:
~/Library/ApplicationSupport/AddressBook/Sources/<hexaFolder>/MetaData/<hexa>ABG roup.abcdg
This is why it also shows up in the Spotlight results...
If I manually remove this file, it gets recreated...
If I turn off the syncing through iCloud, the entry gets deleted. If I turn it up, it comes back!

I am making rollovers and want my CSScriptLib.js to be in the same folder as my HTML files.
Every time I edit the rollovers GoLIve recreates the path of the CSScriptLib.js to file:///Users/xxx/Library/Preferences/Adobe/GoLive/Settings8/JScripts/GlobalScripts/CSScr iptLib.js so it won't work when uploaded. I always need to edit my HTML before uploading. All I want it to say is src="CSScriptLib.js" as the default.

The site file is a database that keeps track of all your assets (and much more), including the scriptLib file. As soon as the page is saved (when you use the site file and it's open) the link will be change to the correct path that will work on the server.
If you're not using the site file you might as well use a text editor, since most of GL functionality is gone.

After I create say a word document, file it on my desktop and then shut down my machine. The next time I open up the MacBook the file icon has been removed from the desktop. I can still retrieve the file in a folder labeled with the month I created it. But why has the OS removed it from the desktop and how can I stop it happening?
It happens to alias icons as well!

How exactly are you doing this?
When I cut out a part of an audio region, then drag the remaining parts together, so they are touching, the track will skip the cut out section when playing the file. Also, if I select the remaining parts of the region and use the command "Edit > join regions". This will create a new audio file with the cut out part deleted.
