How do I stop, cancel or block my Online Number?!?...

Dear all,
I checked many of the FAQ's at the Skype forum, but I can not find any answer to my question. I really hope somebody can help me out with the following:
I do have an online number for one of my clients, but I need to stop or transfer this to my new Skype account asap! (my old work is still receiving calls on this online number).
Can I transfer, block or stop this number asap? (even though I already purchased the number in advance for 1 year). I'm even willing to block the number and buy a new one when possible. (and to loose my already made one year payment for this existing number)
I really do hope somebody can help me out!

If you are sharing the same Apple ID registered with iMessage and FaceTime on each device, this is by design and intention for those with an iPhone and other iOS device and/or Mac that don't share the devices or their Apple ID with someone else.
You or your teenager need to use a different Apple ID registered with iMessage and FaceTime. You can continue sharing the same Apple ID for iTunes Store purchases on each device.

Some how a while back I turned on the feature to have firefox block the next window or page to open. A message pops up "firefox preventing next page to open and at the other side of the screen there is a box that says allow" I don't know where to look to stop this feature. Not sure why I did it in the first place.

How can I stop you from blocking a page when it doesn't need to be blocked

When I try setting up the new myyahoo page, you have a shield blocking the page, but when I try to tell you to stop blocking, your page comes up with checking certificate to allow exception, but then after checking it tells me it has a valid certificate and does need an exception, but you still keep blocking. I need you to stop blocking my yahoo so I can set up the page as it was before switching to the newest version. If this can't be fixed, I will have to stop using Mozilla. I know this is set up as a safety for me, but it's not working. This page has a valid certificate, so you shouldn't be blocking it.

Hi widowward, is the certificate error for the main page or for something embedded in the page?
If you right-click the error part, do you find "This Frame" on the right-click menu? If so, please expand "This Frame" and use Open in a New Tab. Then copy the address from the address bar and paste it back here in a reply. (I'll try to get back to you more promptly, so go ahead and leave that tab open.)
If the error is for My Yahoo itself, that's strange. If you expand the sections of the error page, what is the technical explanation? If you try the Add Exception dialog and view the certificate, do you see a different issuer than I see (attached)?

How can I stop Firefox from blocking sites that do not supply ownership information?

I am trying to access a website and I get a 400 Bad Request message. Further "research" leads to the "This website does not supply ownership information" message. I have cleared history and cookies, reloaded the page and followed all the answers given in relevant support pages but nothing works. All other browsers allow me to see the page, but I do not want to keep switching to chrome or IE. There must be a security setting somewhere that must be switched off. I find it extremely annoying to be saddled with settings I have not asked for, have no information on have no way to control. This is what Microsoft does and why I use Mozilla.

It would help if you could provide the address for an example of such a site so others may check it. Give as an example something publicly accessible and not needing registration.

How can I stop Firefox from blocking content on certain websites?

I have a website that I use for school, and everytime I log on there is content on a page that is blocked. To unblock it, I have to click on the shield drop down menu and click allow so it can display the content. But this is time consuming because it sends me back to the homepage of that class and I have to go through a series of links once again to reach the content once more. Is there anyway that I can add this website to a specific list of do not block, because between that and pop-ups constantly being blocked, it's very hard to get anything done. How do i stop firefox from blocking my taskbar when downloading?

Every time I download anything using Firefox, the downloads dialogue box blocks use of both my popup taskbar or the side to side scroll bar making me clear the downloads list EVERY TIME I do a download. I hate that the previous version of Firefox did this, and see that no one has bothered to fix this annoying glitch in the new version. It's maddening trying to save large pics as you can't see them until you clear the downloads list.

The downloads manager is a regular dialog box, unlike the door hanger variety, so you can put it wherever you want it. You can resize it, and the resizing should stick on subsequent usage. You can toggle it on or off anytime with "Ctrl+J", and you have some control when it appears automatically or closes automatically.

When I started using Firefox it asked me whether sites should be saved. Now it retains both open and sites I have cancelled.

Delete the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak and any existing files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js .

How do I stop pages from automatically continuing to number or letter lists

I am trying to create a document in which i am answering questions. It is supposed to be in this type of format:

and so forth. I got partway through and now pages is automatically adding the lettering everytime I press the return key. I cannot figure out to stop this from happening, I cannot delete the lettering/numbering to continue typing. Please help. I just want to manually put in the numbers or letters as I need them, not as the program thinks I want them.

Pages Preferences > Auto Correction > untick Automatically detect lists.
To remove numbers from what you already have, select the text then
