How do I stop duplicate texts on 2 separate phone #'s?

I reactived my old iphone for my visiting Mother to use. Now all texts I receive are also coming through on her/my old iphone. How do I change that? Some things should remain private...;) Any help is much appreciated. I haven't gotten very far with my carrier.

You could simply ensure that only the numbers and addresses you wish to use on each device are checked at Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. However this isn’t an ideal solution because the other person can always change these settings from their device and have some fun with you and your contacts.
You’d be far better getting them to delete your account from their device and have them create one of their own. If you are sharing an ID for some other service such as iTunes, you can continue to do so, you only need change the ID for messages.

The Mac has an App that is called Messages and one of the accounts in it is the iMessages one that can sync with the iOS one.
Open the Messages app and go to the Preferences (In the drop down Menu in the Apps name in the Menu Bar)
In the Preferences select the Accounts tab.
Select the iMessages account if it is not selected.
Untick the iPhone Number to stop iMessages sent to your iPhone Number appearing on your Mac.
Also go to the General section of the Preferences.
There is an items that reads "When I quit, set the Status to Off Line" select this.
This will stop any incoming Messages (from any source that Messages can join) from launching to app when you have not started it but your Computer is On.
You may also want to go to your iPhone Settings and remove the Apple ID.

settings - message - send&receive - make sure the cell is the defaut.
You may need to remove or uncheck the apple id on both devices.

I share my Apple ID with my son on his Ipad and I phone. how do I stop my photos and messages from automatically going to his devices.

It should be iMessages which are going from device to device, you can turn this off in recipient device. The same sort of thing for Photos, however on your phone/ipad you can turn off 'Photo Stream" which will stop the sending to other devices. You can do this under Settings>Photos & Camera.

Open Message application. Open preferences and Accounts. Sign out of iMessage or disable it.
Notification Center: Open notification center preferences and select Messages. Choose no alerts and not show in Notification Center.

How do i handle duplicate requests in struts, i found some articles which talk about SYNCHRONIZER TOKEN PATTERN, i believe this pattern is aleady implemented by Struts, is there something configurable that i am not aware of

I have used tokens in the past, but have not heard of a system pre-built in to struts. It is easy enought to implement your own simple version.
All you need to do is store a counter, or 'token', in the user's session. This session value must be used in a thread-safe manner. The token value is inserted in to your forms as a hidden field.
When the form is sent back, check that the form and session tokens match. If they do, increment the session token and process the submission. If a duplicate submission is recieved the values won't match, so throw an error, ignore etc.etc.

How do I stop VCA emails for every incoming phone call

I don't want all these emails cluttering up my inbox. I get an email every time I get an incoming call. Short of uninstalling Call Assistant entirely, how can I stop the email notifications of every single incoming phone call? I have made sure my settings do NOT request email notifications or alerts but it doesn't affect my getting these emails for every phone call that comes in. See example below. I added the header information manually.

I was told by tech support that emails from [email protected] were controlled by Verizon and began getting sent to customers VZ_ID that is not the same as the primary Email account email address, but is the same mailbox. Verizon disabled the "Glitch" and now my VCA and TV Caller ID does not work. I was told the email notification that is entered in the VCA configuration is not the same as the VZ_ID. They stopped the Emails, now I have to bug them to fix what they broke. Don't want to be bothered right now. It is a pain to have something work and then someone breaks it.

You need to use separate iCloud accounts. This will mean that you can both have your own separate contracts and calendars and put an end to them being deleted by each other.
Whether or not you have a separate iTunes account, is up to you. If you have a separate iTunes accounts you will not be able to access the music, books, apps that have been purchased by the other. This may be exactly what you want, but it also means that you both may end up purchasing the same item.
