How do I stop Error 42408 in Itunes 10.5??!! Can't sync or connect to store!

Question

Please help!  From the moment I installed Itunes 10.5 everything has gone wrong.  I can't sync my Iphone (it says "backing up" forever and I can't drag/drop songs to it), the Iphone has IOS 5.  And the Itunes 10.5 always starts up with "error 42408" and cannot connect to Itunes store!
