How do I stop reoccuring requests to download Flask Player?

I keep getting continual requests to download flash player when in Explorer. I made the mistake of selecting to always allow adobe to download so it just initiates whenever it wants to.

Are you seeing this (specifically this-"Flash Player Pro")?

There should be nothing native to the OS X which would ask for a password
or other information on a restart, unless accompanied by the traditional login
box with your user name.
There are adware or marginal products that could be called malware (bad)
that would impose their presence and some items that could have been
downloaded by accident or through some corrupted free software site; of
those some could ask for and gain permission to go through your Mac
and maybe even run in the background to do other nefarious misdeeds.
You could see if startup in SafeBoot allows you access past that the Completer.
Since I don't have a pile of helpful article links on how to resolve various issues
I'd be looking them up one way or another.

If you bought the machine new yourself, and did not enter a password when configuring it, leave the field blank.
If you bought it used, then you need to reset the password, as described here:

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

If you are having an issue with your purchase, you should be able to go to the iTunes Store app, tap on More and then Downloads. Then you should be able to swipe from right to left to delete it. Then you can try to download it again from the Music app. If you are still unable to download your track, the report the issue to the iTunes Store.

If you bought them from iTunes, you might as well let them download because stopping the download does not cancel the purchase, if that is what you want to do. You will still be charged for the movies.

You can try turing off wifi/place in airplane mode and resetting the iPod. Nothiong should be lost except hopefully you will have to manually restart the download which you do not do.
