How do I stop security error messages being displayed?

Multiple messages are displayed when I'm in hotmail saying "Due to Mozilla's security features a link was blocked" etc. It says there was a security error and gives long references. I have to close these messages down before my page will load properly, otherwise the page width is extended and I have to scroll to see things.

I have a smiliar problem. And I wish I had an answer to yours! It seems that nobody knows the answer! I want to change the mobile phone number which people see when I send txt messages over skype. It confuses people when they see my Australian number (the one originally registered in skype) when I am overseas, people always think I am in Australia. The problem is I can never seem to remove that number I originally used when I set up skype a few years ago. I have changed every instance in skype (profile page etc) where the number appeared but it still displays when I send messages... Anyone know?? Thanks!

It sounds like if you open Preferences in Word there will be a place where you can specify where to store autorecover files. Right now it sounds like it's pointing to somewhere that doesn't exist.

How do I stop MobileMe error message without a Preference Panel?

This MacBook running 10.6.8 has no MobileMe preference panel and no "ByHost" folder, so I can't follow the instructions found elsewhere here to stop the error message "You entered an invalid MobileMe member name or password. Removing the MobileMe account from Mail (not iMail) won't remove the account's setting for Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP). Look at the list in your remaining Mail accounts and delete the one for MobileMe. Otherwise, everytime you open Mail, that server connection will attempt to connect.

On my Mac I am endlessly receiving this message: "Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and needs to close" it relates to the sync which between Calendars (iCal and Entourage) .
The error messages were coming up every 5 SECONDS and were impossible to deal with. They stated there was a 'Blame Module' which wasEntourageCore
I have been unable to find any idea how to resolve this.
Please can anyone describe what they have done to sort this?
I am using MS Office 2008.
Turning off the sync between the two calendars was not the answer, as the messages continued. So I have temporarily disabled the sync between iCal/Entourage and my iPad. This has prevented the error message, but obviously means I must enter diary dates manually on iPad which is the whole point of the sync!
I haven't found a way to sync between iCal and iPad - this would be a possible work-round. But I'd be so grateful to know how to resolve the sync error.

How do I stop an Error Message that I now get on start up after installing Itunes 10.2.2

I have now installed Itunes 10.2.2 twice and continue to get the following error message when starting up my laptop.

CoreFoundation.dll not found.
How do I get rid of it?

... let's have one more go at a repair install, this time of Apple Application Support. (That's where the CoreFoundation.dll program file lives.)
So pretty much the same as last time, except this time we select Apple Application Support in Add or Remove Programs and then do a repair install of that.
Any change?
If not, let's try download the MobileMe Control panel, and then installing that. It's a much smaller download than the iTunes installer. (I fear your internet connection charges might be steep out there in the bush.) Here's a link to the installer:

If that installs successfully, does the message go away after the restart? (If so, you can probably uninstall the control panel without the error coming back.)

I'm new to MAC. Have been a PC user for nearly 15 years, so I am learning. Recently tried to login into iTunes. I wanted to start a digital music library as I am YEARS behind in that area. However everytime that I try to 'Create a New Account' on iTunes I get the following message:
Session Timeout. Your session has timed out. Please try this operation from the beginning.
I have repeatedly quit iTunes and tried to create a new account. I have downloaded the newest version of iTunes. Re-started my computer. It does not seem to matter what I do, I cannot create an account for myself and I always get the same error message. What should I do to resolve this?

How do I stop the error message coming up when I press cancel on file dialog

I am using the file dialog and if I press cancel an error box pops up with error 43 operation cancelld by user. Can we get rid of this, as it is bloody enoying, any ideas

Contrary to the rest of the nice folk here, I say do NOT turn off automatic error handling!
You will regret it if a day comes where you forgot to handle an error properly and you have a hard time determining its source.
If you truly want to ignore the error in this mode, you can wire the error out terminal into anything (even a wall). Once an error out terminal is wired, the error will not pop up automatically. This does not mean you should use this as a standard course of action. You should normally handle your errors properly.

When I navigate through the records returned by my query a get the following error popup when a navigate to the last record with the down (arrow) key:
FRM-40352: Last record of query retrieved.
Is their a way to avoid displaying this message as a popup. Message may stil be diplayed at the bottom of the screen.

In the past I was able to bypass the message by editing the Info.plist file and updating the MaxBundleVersion variable, but not so this time around. As of today the developer seems to indicate there's no immediate fix becuase of how Safari 5.1 handles multiprocess page rendering. Probably best to stay tuned to Mike's website for now.

I'm not sure if I understood your problem. Are you saying that you have a service which you call in a loop, and display the error message in the loop as well? If so an option would be to have a [HashMap|http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/api/java/util/HashMap.html] where the key is the error message id, and the value is the error message. In the loop check if the error message id returned by your service already exists in the map and add it only if absent. Then after your loop is complete use the MessageManager to display your consolidated error messages.

Every time I open iTunes I get the error message "iTunes has stopped working" and all I can do is close the program. I have uninstalled iTunes and re-installed it but I get the same error. I am working on windows 8. Can anybody please help me to solve this problem.

Same problem here! Moreover, for some reason, the pictures in my iPhone 3GS somehow have been divided into 2 folders, Photos and Medialibrary. And when I open iPhone as a folder through the explorer I can see only the Photos folder, but cannot see the Medialibrary folder which stores the photos taken before updating/upgrading the iPhone and getting separated folders!!! What the hack with all of this?!!! When I connect iPhone to PC it automatically opens iTunes and starts syncronizing it, but at the process of OPTIMIZING the photos (and according to the number of photos it shows, I see that it tries to syncronize that invisible Medialibrary folder) the process suddenly stops and error message pops out Tried the sync test, tried the button DEBUG in that pop out message, but NOTHING HELPS!!! Also, when I open the Medialibrary in my iPhone, the screen get sblack all through scrolling it down, only the video clips are shown there... >.<
So, could you, apple developers, please, explain WHAT THIS PROBLEM IS ABOUT?!!!!!! FIX IT!
