How do I stop the addition of a tag in the file "...might be blocked to help protect computer."?

I used the Google search to look for pictures. When I find what I am looking for, I download them to my local hard drive. At a later time when I try to view the picture, I get a dialog that asks me if I would like to open this file (as it might be a security risk). I use other methods (browsers) to download images and do not have this problem. It is very annoying. It seems as if EXIF data is added by Firefox, to which I cannot find the setting to tell it otherwise not to add or ignore for this file type.
What do I need to do to stop the triggering of this "Open File - Security Warning" dialog box?

Some sites does indeed provide you localized content depending on few parameters. Some of them you can change easily, such as the Accept-Language HTTP header (Tools→Options→Content→Language, languages are sorted by priority there, so the first will be the most used), while some of these parameters are more difficult to control, such as websites that guess your location based on IP address and sometimes block content if you are not on the list of their target audience countries (Hulu, Netflix etc.).
While it is difficult to remove blocking, most sites that provide localized content allow the users to switch to other languages easily, and most of the times they store this user preference in a cookie.
For example:
Typing 'samsung.com' get me redirected to http://www.samsung.com/il/, and it is possible to change the language on the bottom-right corner of the page from "Israel/Hebrew" to other countries and languages.
Typing 'microsoft.com' redirects to https://www.microsoft.com/he-il/default.aspx and yet again you can change it at the bottom of the page.

Another problem is that it keeps playing as in, going through the scenes. Is that just a "Test" thing, or is there a way to fix that? Please help me figure out what codes to use for them.

There could be a number of problems with your movie. In the Control menu, there is an option, Loop Playback, that will cause the movie to loop when using Test Movie from the Control Menu. If there is a compiler error, the movie will loop uncontrollably when you Test. Look in the compiler errors window to see if you have any errors.
You may want to consider not using Scenes in your movie. They are a vestige of the earliest versions of Flash. Are you following a tutorial?

I recently lost the capability to "view" the "File, Edit, History bookmarks, tools & help" bar from the top of my screen, as well as the "Start" button on the bottom of the screen.

How do I get the "File, Edit, History, Bookmarks, Tools & Help Bar to appear on my browser. I also need my "Previous Page & Next Page" arrow... and my "Start" button to appear at the bottom of my screen. I can't navigate without these.

Be sure you are not in Full Screen Mode. The F11 key will toggle Full Screen Mode on or off. If you have no Firefox toolbars, tab bar, etc., you are probably in Full Screen Mode; your Windows Taskbar (with the "Start" button) will also not be visible.

An icloud account is designed to be used by one user to keep his/her devices in sync.
If you have muitiple family members or friends using the same account as yours, then have them get their own Apple IDs and icloud accounts.
If you mean you want to stop the sharing between all your devices, then on any one device, go to Settings>icloud and turn off the services you don't want that device to share/sync. Or turn off icloud altogether if that's what you want.

Not possible. In order to read an email in the preview pane requires opening the message. You can mark a message that you've read as unread after reading it.

I have the OPPOSITE problem most people have -- Windows Sharing works TOO WELL.
I've donated a refurbished eMac to the local homeless shelter. I figured I'd made the system secure, and prevented any monkey business. Turns out the windows machines on the network are COMPLETELY insecure (guest access to everything is enabled). The problem is that the Mac is TOO friendly -- it automatically connects to the server as a guest, and happily presents everything to the user.
I've tried a dozen different things (I've removed the 'Shared' section from the sidebar in the Finder windows (Go->Network is still there, Doh.), tried to turn off File Sharing, and even disabled the mount_smbfs command in the /sbin directory with "chmod 0 mount_smbfs".)
I've asked the folks there to call in a PC tech and fix their security problem -- but it's a good question to which I've found no suitable answer... How to I stop the Mac from connecting to SMB Shares on the local network?

How do you stop the flash player when you change pages on a web site

I'm building a website in flash using my limited understanding of action script. Everything was progressing very well until I found that if I go to one of my example pages of my web site and play the flash video (with audio) and click back to my "home" button, the audio will continue to play. If I go back to the example page, the video is off and when I start the video, it plays again with the other audio. I hear the audio twice! I know there is an action script to handle this but, I can't figure it out.
My question is, How do I stop the audio when I click away from the example page back to the home page or any other page?

I am currently working on a MacBook Pro connected by Wi-Fi or Blue Tooth to my 16GB iPhone 4S; and supposedly to iCloud. I install every upgrade on each computer till the computer can take no more. My current MacBook Pro continues to accept upgrades.
I have been dealing with Address Book foibles since it first came out and the problems seem to get worse rather than resolved.
Problem #1: When a Company Name is checked to take precedence over a personal name the record/file does not surface during searches. This has happened for years on all my Macs, including most recently my MacBook Pro and its predecessor PowerBook G4. How do I fix this?
Problem #2: The Printing Defaults for Address Book Files are not useful and I can find no way to change them to my own preferences once and for all. I must reset them for every file every time I choose to print a file. Is there some way to set the defaults to MY preferences and only occasionally reset them according to my needs?
Problem #3: When entering information in "Notes" the cursor randomly and spontaneously goes to line one space one as I am entering information. How do I stop this? Then when I cut and paste the misplaced text to where it belongs it may or may not return to once again begin at line one space one and following.
Problem #4: When Printing a Record/File from Address Book I would like to use the whole 8.5" x 11" page. Instead it prints on an 8.5" x 11" page in three columns. Is there a way to format the output? I have not found one and the Mac 'Geniuses' do not know of any.
Problem #5: Subsequent to one of the upgrades in the last year or so, the search feature does not work. (I have had this computer since May 2011). No matter what I type in the search line I am stuck in the 'All' Directory. To find anyone or anything I must scroll through the address book manually. Is there a fix to this?
Problem #6: Sometimes, when I try to sync my MacBook Pro and my iPhone, the records simply duplicate. How d I undo this without manually deleting the duplicates?
Problem #7: Does anyone know of a third party Address-Book-type App that is better than the Apple version and can easily import over 3000 contacts information?
