I found I have a number of songs that have been pushed to my iPod that I do not want. How do I stop this unwanted promotional material in the future. I cannot find a setting in iTunes or on the iPod Touch. TIA

Never mind . . . we selected a couple of compilation CDs we ripped (7 CDs classed Various Artists) to sync. It really populates the By Artist view - wasn't expecting that, but makes sense. Sorry for the bogus post.

Thanks for replying, I have the progress bar, a repeat button, a go back 30 seconds button and a change speed button. The latter two are new and I have no recognisable shuffle button. Weirdly though, since I went back and played with all of these just now, it has stopped shuffling them. Then at the end of your outro, you have a line of code.... gotoAndPlay(nextSection)
The nextSection variable should be declared in an actions layer that only has code in frame one but extends unbroken for the full length of the timeline. This makes it available to anywhere along the timeline where it needs to be either read or assigned. I sually use two layers for actions... one to hold such things like this that get shared anywhere along the timeline (function/variables)... and another for frame-specific actions (stop, value assignment, function calls, etc)

Well, you can't delete them totally...but you could stop using them or reset them. Just erase everything you use in those apps. You could also block them using parental controls, this will take them off your home screen but no, you cannot completely delete these apps.

If the songs are still on your ipod, make sure autosync is disabled in iTunes on your computer, connect and right click on it in the device list, then choose "transfer purchases" to copy all bought media and apps from your ipod to your computer.
If the songs are not on your computer and got deleted from your ipod as well, you can't get them back, unless you have a backup of your iTunes library as part of your computer backup.
