the original Pr project was created from an image sequence of jpgs.
I'm doing stop motion using Dragonframe to capture the images and here's the workflow i was refered to
Dragon Frame (DF)
Capture in Hi-Res (RAW) and low res jpegs.
Export 720P file for editing in Premiere (establish file name).
Light Room (LR)
Resize RAW files to 2K(tiff), flatten image
Export 2K image sequences (name the same as 720P files)
Premiere (PR)
Cut 720P files to a picture lock.
After Effects (AE)
Import Premiere project.
Swap out 720P files for 2K(tif) image sequences.
Work on shots as compositions.
Composite environmental elements.
Remove rigs.
Export final project.</li>

i tried to re download a purchased audio book after i contacted apple support team for iTunes they said it would be ready for re download or they said id have to re download it from iTunes store i cant remember, so i tried both couldn't re download it from purchased menu and the book id have to re download from iTunes store costs money as if i have never purchased what do i do? I don't have any warranty any more or money to purchase another warranty.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I have bought 1 MacbookPor 17, 1 Macbook air, 1 MacbookPro 15 , 2 ipads, 3 iphones, and this iMac27 and 2 of iMAC24 or 20 not sure   but I do not recall ever doing what you are telling me in your reply.   When you get a extended car warranty, you don't   sign up for it.. it is just there and is included in the sale.   You don't buy this warranty to use it.. You buy it, in case something happens.   Here a perfect iMAC with minimum 100 hour useage has a dead drive. That is not normal and I should not have to even be requesting anything since most MFG offer a 3-5 year warranty on their disc drives and I believe that is probably passed on to Apple regardless if an extended warranty is purchased or not.   Customer service dictates a more flexible approach to make sure the lifetime value of a customer is not lost due to some misunderstanding.
I was in the MacStore that I purchased the unit..and they found and pulled the invoice and confirmed
the purchase of it in front of me. I had paid with credit card and fortunately it was there in their system.   I do not also recall recieving any box or paper although most everything I ever get remains sealed.. I am not in the habit of opening anything since I have never encountered any serious issues before.
   I have used my Macbookpro warranty 1 time and that is all throughout the years I have been investing in Apple equipment.
I just recieved a letter from the store asking me to get the paper to them so they can register it... I don't recall getting any paper actually. But I do have several boxes sealed here.. On this iMAC27, it was a hurry up and get it done thing and I don't remember taking anything extra with it.   Regardless, my request does not seem unreasonable.

How do you swap out an embed font in a PDF form

Here is my problem, I am trying to get ride of a specific font in a PDF form file.
Before I applied this font "SimSun-GBK-EUC-H(Embedded Subset) the file was roughly 150KB. After I applied this font the file size increased to 800 KB. The major problem is this font requires an extended language pack to be installed, in order to fill out this PDF form. My computer is installed so it won't be an issue so me, however it will be a huge pain in the butt for the public who usually don't have the extended language pack. I have already finished editing the rest of the form, I really hope there is a way to swap out this font within something else.
Any suggestions?

I decided to redo the form from beginning, just by a small little mistake I added a reset button that uses a different font, now the file size jumped from 150KB to 1.2MB.
I check the file and found 92% of the file size is occupied by Fonts. How do I get swap the font? How do I optimize it?

By Popup do you mean a link that when clicked causes a separate topic to be displayed in a seperate window (popup) or Drop Down text?
For Popups that are displayed in a new window then the font and colour is changed in the topic that is displayed. Simply open the topic and change colours / features as required
If you are using drop down text and confusing this with a popup then the font and colour is changed when creating the drop down text. Right click the text and select Font to change colour etc.

Swapped out AE for TC and now can't connect to Internet!

Hello all.
I just swapped out an Airport Express base station (the square one, not the old spaceship-shaped one) for a shiny new 1-TB Time Capsule. I figured that since 500 GB external hard drive for Time Machine backups is running out of space, so why not just get a TC so I don't have to worry about (a) hard drive space or (b) plugging in external drives again.
I unplugged the AE and plugged in the TC. Everything else is the same: The TC is plugged into a Verizon DSL modem, and we have two MacBooks in our house. I configured the TC using the Airport Utility. Everything appears to be OK, except that I can't connect to the Internet any more.
I have tried some of the tricks that have worked for other people on this discussion board -- namely, unplugging the DSL modem and the TC and restarting them. They don't appear to work. When I put the old AE back, everything works like a charm.
Has anyone run into this problem before? I'd be grateful for advice and ideas. I don't want to use the TC as a secondary wireless network device, like a range extender. It's a pricey piece of equipment and it should do what it says on the box. I'm pretty sure that the fault lies somewhere between the DSL modem and the TC, but I'm not clever enough with these things to figure it out on my own.

Same problem....3 calls to tech support and almost another one yesterday UNTIL I discovered that re-setting the TC (with the paperclip tool!) worked. The Airport Network, via TC, recognizes my Network and TC pops up into the airport Utility. i kept "losing TC in the Airport Utility page....it only showed AE/Base Station...not waht I wanted.
I unplugged the Express (previous model,one that was prior to "X" capability, ie b/g) and left it unplugged.....this must be an issue) My ONE TO ONE instructors have offered to have a look at it, the AE,at my next appointment.
I, too, have a DSL modem (Qwest) that I have unplugged without success (connections) Unplugging the units seems to work for some things but not this particular problem.

It's my understanding, in general, that the PNG file format
is smaller and
more appropriate for graphics being displayed on a monitor
screen. Much
smaller. So I tried an experiment, in an effort to reduce the
overall size
of my Captivate file.
1. I exported 5 of the background images in a Captivate (3)
movie and
converted them to PNG files using Adobe Fireworks.
2. I imported the new PNG files back into the same Captivate
movie
3. I swapped the backgrounds for those 5 slides, replacing
the BMP files
with the new PNG files
4. I deleted the BMP background files from the library.
5. I saved the Captivate file
The file size of each individual BMP background image had
been about 2500
KB, replaced by a PNG background image that is about 80 KB. I
know you're
thinking that this should have made a dramatic difference in
the file size
of the Captivate movie. That's what I thought too. But I was
wrong!!
The result ...the Captivate file with PNG files was larger!
Not a lot ...
but it was larger.
Can anyone figure out why this is the case? There are no
settings that I can
find that address the use of PNG files at all.
I'd really like to get the file size of my production down,
without
sacrificing quality. I thought for sure that this would do
it.

The forums software was upgraded to a new format a while back. The link you are pointing to is one that would have worked in the older FuseTalk forums. It is now broken and not understood by the Jive forums.

If I understand right, your iMac is only starting up to a blank white screen after you log in. If so, there are some good troubleshooting steps that may resolve this behavior.
First, try booting your computer into Safe Mode, to see if your desktop appears in this mode:
Shut down your Mac. If necessary, hold your Mac's power button for several seconds to force it to power down.
Start your Mac, then immediately hold the Shift key. This performs a Safe Boot. Advanced tip: If you want to see the status of a Safe Boot as it progresses, you can hold Shift-Command-V during start up (instead of just Shift).
Note: A Safe Boot takes longer than a typical start up because it includes a disk check and other operations.
If your Mac starts up as expected, immediately try restarting.

Straight out of the manual
To rename masters
In the Browser, select an image or group of images.
Choose Metadata > Batch Change (or press Command-Shift-B).
In the Batch Change dialog, choose a naming convention from the Version Name Format pop-up menu to specify how you want the masters named.For example, choose Version Name from the Version Name Format pop-up menu to have your master filenames changed to match the names of the corresponding versions in Aperture. If you choose a custom name format, enter the name you want in the Custom Name text field. For more information about naming files, see Automatically Naming Your Imported Images.
Select the Apply to Master File(s) checkbox, then click OK.
The master files corresponding to the selected images are renamed. For more information about working with the Batch Change dialog, see Batch Changing Metadata.

After import the photo(.dng, by leica t), it looks very different!
This is the original photo before the importing(preview in the import dialog):
And the following is the picture after importing:
Brighter, and different color!
It seems like the settings of leica t is not be kept.
I want to keep the settings of leica t, just like the preview in the import dialog!

Can't be done.
What you see when you first open a file in Lightroom is the jpeg preview from the camera that's embedded in the Raw file: after a few seconds Lightroom generates its own preview, with the effect you describe.
There's no way round this - you'll have to adjust Lightroom's settings to resemble the in-camera results you want, and save the settings as the new defaults.

Catalog manipulation - swap jpg for tiff

I have a dilemma. I have 20,000 scanned images stored in PSE6. When I started my scanning project 3 years ago I was using and older (and slower) version of PSE and also hard disk space was more of an issue. for each roll of film I created a folder and for each scanned image I saved a 5mb TIFF image and then used a Photoshop batch process to create an identically named jpg in a duplicate folder stored on a separate disk.
The jpgs were then imported into the PSE catalog and keyworded.
I am now finding this hampers my workflow when I want to edit the TIFF (or a copy of) as these are not in the catalog.
I would like to replace ALL the jpg files in the catalog with the corresponding TIFF file AND maintain the keywording ie swap it from the jpg to the TIFF.
I had a method of doing this in PSE5 as the database could be edited - anybody got any suggestions for PSE6?? Many thanks

If you dont want to go into the risky territory of editing the database (the PSE 6 scheme is somewhat differen than PSE 5), heres another approach:
Add all of the TIFFs to the catalog. Then select all the photos and do Edit > Stack > Automatically Suggest Photo Stacks. This will suggest proposed stacks for your photos, and youll have the chance to adjust the stacking. If all goes well (and it often does), each proposed stack will have the JPEG and TIFF version.
Only the JPEGs will have your tagging. But this is one place where the PSE 6 search behavior is to your advantage when you search based on any criteria (e.g. a keyword tag), PSE 6 will include in the results the entire stack if any photo in the stack matches. Thus, it would be easy for you to find the TIFFs you need based on the tagging applied to the JPEGs.
If Automatically Suggest Photo Stacks works well and you have to make few corrections to the proposed stacks, it would only take a couple of hours to do this. (Youll probably spend at least a couple of hours learning how to edit the SQLite database correctly.)
