That doesn't really disable "top sites," it just hides the page from regular view. One can still select "show top sites" in the History menu. I would like it turned off. I don't want this feature to be accessible at all. There should be a setting that turns it off entirely.
I don't begrudge other people's preferences if they like it, but there should be the ability to simply deactivate the feature. I don't find it useful, I find it creepy, like the browser is stalking me. I know it just uses data from my history, but I don't care. It feels like my browser is stalking me and invading my privacy. Since it's my browser, I want to tell it to knock it off, once and for all.

Ok, so, up until fairly recently (around 2 weeks) when I opened Safari my topsites would be displayed as nine 'thumbnails'. And they used to show the current site, so if I had CNN, it would show the top stories of the day, yet now it has stopped and hasn't updated for weeks, so is showing old news, until I click it. Also, for NBA.com, it shows an old picture, until I click and open the site. I know this is a very trivial thing, yet it's annoying. So basically, how can I add a new tab and see the Top Sites' thumbnails updated? Thanks in advance.

The TopSites.plist file may be corrupted. There's an easy fix.
Quit Safari.
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type this exactly as you see it here:
~/Library/Safari
Click Go
Move the TopSites.plist file from the Safari folder to the Trash.
Relaunch Safari. See if that made a difference.

You are here in the UK with a UK billing address on your account ? If you are, and the stores think think that you are in the US, then try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your phone and tap on your account id, then tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select the UK.

I am trying to figure out how do I edit the top sites page. Before you were able to click an edit button that allowed you to delete and pin the pages but now I can't figure it out. More specifically I want to know who to delete certain pages.

I know this is old, but I just figured I would shed some light on solving the issue I think you are actually speaking of. When I upgraded, I immediately noticed I could not click "edit" in the bottom corner to change the amount of top sites, which slightly irritated me. I tried everything, and eventually thought they had done away with the feature altogether, but then I saw if you click safari (from here, that Bold Safari word in the top left corner of the screen) and choose 'preferences' it will take you to a tab that allows you to modify the number of top sites, allowing me to go back down to 6. Easier to read, easier to make sense of. (A lot of websites cannot be made out when they are '16 top site' size. So this was something I wanted to fix, with my 11" screen.) Hope this helps!

I assume you do mean a different account and not simply a different iTunes library. Unfortunately, in order to switch accounts, you would need to log out and log in to the second account.

Tap the button in the upper left corner of the mail app to back out all the way to where you can see all of the email accounts.... Tap InBox, then tap XYZ email Account and that will take you back to the main MailBoxes window.
Is that what you want to know? There is no way to simply "toggle" between the two accounts.

What version of DW do you have. The later versions have RSS
script generators (I believe) for consuming feeds. Otherwise, you
can use 3rd party sites to generate the code, or you can use a
server side scripting language to consume the feeds.
