How do I switch to the Photographers Bundle?

I have Photoshop CC and standalone Lightroom 5. How do I switch to the $9.95/month bundled version? And will Lightroom then update through the Creative Cloud app? Haven't been able to find this in the FAQs. Thanks.

Beverly, here is a verbatim quote from the FAQ I referenced. It has, I notice, since been changed:
Customers who have already joined a Creative Cloud Single App membership for Photoshop at the $9.99/month level (or corresponding local pricing matching the pricing provided in the question above) will be automatically transitioned to this new program when it ships in a few weeks, with the additional benefits and lower ongoing price. All other Creative Cloud members who meet the qualification requirements may contact Adobe Customer Service once the new offer is shipping in a few weeks, to discuss transitioning their membership to this new offer.
I'm not the author of the confusion. How quickly have we forgotten that the only 9.99 plan that existed prior to the Photography Bundle was the single app plan and $9.99 was the first year price of that $19.99 plan**. Photoshop CC was ONE such single app plan. A reasonable read of the above statement is that everyone who already subscribed under the $9.99 plan was going to be transitioned automatically. It sounds like Adobe has clarified that statement in the typical incomplete fashion. Only people with perpetually licensed Photoshop CS3, 4, 5, 5.5 or 6 are eligible. It matters not to me since I have Photoshop CS3, 5 and 6. I'm wondering whether people who purchased CS2 and then a subsequent UPGRADE package (rather than a full version) are eligible! Adobe is not clear.
**It may be that the requirement to join the $9.99 plan was a prior purchase... Just as the first year price of the $49.99 (full yearly) plan is $19.99 for those with a qualifying purchase.
All I know for sure are the following:
Despite a half dozen purchases, 4 months ago when I applied for the introductory full package it took a week of emails and phone calls for Adobe to realize I was indeed eligible.
Once in the plan, it will automatically renew (no way to stop it) and there is no means to CANCEL without a phone call.
Downloads are huge.
The Creative Cloud application that is used to install and upgrade is a constant source of failure and frustration regardless whether you're a Mac or Windows user.
Items that Adobe tantalized me with so I'd sign up 4 months ago are still not delivered (Desktop Fonts version of the TypeKit). Only beta people can use the Font feature - and then one finds that of the 935 available fonts (not thousands), only 205 are allowed to be used on the desktop. Google has a similar quantity of fonts with no restrictions, and at least one major font supplier has a means to use a webfont in Photoshop for doing mock ups. Adobe doesn't have this! Of course the Font feature isn't part of the Photography Bundle - but who know what is REALLY in the bundle...

Follow this procedure:
1. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID.
2. Tap your Apple ID
3. Tap View Apple ID
4. Enter your password
5. Go to Country/Region in the popup window to change to the desired store.
