How do i sync apps from computer to ipad

i have installed i cloud on pc and both ipads i have apps on one ipad and pc but not sure how to get it onto other ipad

sign in to the second ipad using the same icloud Apple-ID that you use on the first and on the PC.
Launch the 2nd ipad's Appstore and look at "Updates" -> "Purchased Items". All your ever purchased apps, including the free ones will be listed. Next to each app you see a small cloud icon. Tapping this icon will download the app at no cost to your second ipad. Repeat the step for every app you want to have .
covered with one Apple-ID are up to 5 devices for this feature.

  • How do I transfer apps from computer to Ipad?

I just upgraded to OS5.01 all my apps were erased from my Ipad I want to download them from my computer back to IPAD, how do I do that?

Connect your iPad to your computer and select it on the left-hand side of its iTunes, and then on the right-hand side on the Apps select the apps that you want to sync.
If the apps are not on your computer's iTunes then as long as the apps are still available in the store and you use the same iTunes account as you originally used to buy them, then you should be able to re-download them for free : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519 . If you download them to your computer's iTunes you could then try restoring to your backup and see if that restores them and their settings/content to the iPad - a backup doesn't contain the actual apps, just their content/settings, so for the restore to work fully iTunes needs access to the apps so that it can restore them.

  • How do I sync apps from iPod to iPad

I would like the same info transferred from my iPod app's to the same apps on the iPad...how do I do this?  I do syncing via iCloud.

    @jodwhy
The iPad or iPod Touch app must support iCloud, but if it doesn't the app should still be able to sync your personal info such as usernames and passwords.
    Hope I helped!

Or is there no other way but to sync apps from iTunes to iPad without syncing apps from iPad to iTunes(it says Backing Up , then it says Converting files to iTunes, then it shows the name of the app on the bottom...)

Yes, sign in with the same Apple ID as your stolen one in the new iPod Touch.

If you are trying to sync them to the iBooks app on your iPad and they are in your computer's iTunes library (if not then you should be able to add ibooks, PDFs and digital-rights-free epbs via File > Add To Library), then you should be able to sync them via the Books tab in a similar way to how you are using the Photos and Music tabs to sync those items. Is that not working, and if not does your computer's iTunes give the impression that they are copying over ?

how do I transfer apps from iPod to iPad 2?

If you want app data to transfer you have to restore the iPod from the backup of the iPod. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup. Also see:

How to transfer photos etc from computer to ipad,

This would need to be done via iTunes. So you'll need a computer, and download iTunes to it, connect your iPad, select your iPad, make sure you have the Summary page up and one of the tabs should give you an option for Photo's - sorry I'm doing this from memory.

  • New user on iphone -- how do I sync apps from my itunes account?

My husband bought and used an iphone 3g, and bought five free apps. Then he gave the iphone to me. I have my own itunes account on my own computer, and have purchased free apps on my computer, but the apps don't sync to my iphone. (My music library from CDs and my address book do sync from my itunes account on my computer to my iphone). Any solution short of "restore"? I want to purchase apps on my itunes account on my computer and use them on my iphone.

The apps I purchase on my itunes account on my computer do not sync with (transfer to) my iphone. Here are some free apps I have purchased: NYTimes, weathebug, nearby, ypmobile, movies, free hangman. None of them sync.
When I sync by iphone with my itunes account on my computer, I get a dialog box telling me that there are apps on my phone that are not in my itunes account on my computer (my husband's five free apps). The box asks me to choose to "transfer", or "don't transfer", these apps. If I choose "don't transfer", I am warned that I will lose those apps. I have tried both methods "don't transfer" and "transfer" -- in both cases my new apps from my itunes account on my computer do not sync. In both cases my husband's apps on the iphone remain.
My itunes account on my computer indicates that I have successfully purchased and downloaded the apps.
I believe this problem is caused because an iphone can only sync apps from one itunes account. If true, than I need to know how to unconnect my iphone from my husband's itunes account.
    I would appreciate any help.

There is no separate Notes app in OS X. If you select to sync notes on the Info pane, they will sync to the Mail app: Mail>Reminders>Notes.

  • How to copy pdf files from computer to ipad

how to copy pdf files from computer to ipad

You can PDFs to the iPad, but first you need one or more apps on the iPad that supports PDFs - unlike a 'normal' computer the iPad doesn't have a file system, and everything on it has to be associated with an app.
Options include free apps such as Apple's iBooks app and also Adobe Reader - and paid-for apps such as GoodReader (which also supports read-only of other documents types).
For iBooks you can first add the PDFs to your computer's iTunes via File > Add To Library, and you can then sync them by selecting the iPad on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes (on iTunes 11 you can enable the sidebar via option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC) and using the Books tab on the right-hand side to select and sync them.
For Adobe Reader adnd GoodReader you can use the file sharing on the Apps tab on the right-hand side to copy them over : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4094
