When I try to sync iTune says that Touch can only be synced with 1 iTunes at a time and gives me the choice of Erase & Sync or Transfer Purchases.... neither of which I can do really! to prevent a sync when plugging in the iPod - hold down the option and the command (on a PC that would be the shift and ctrl ) keys when plugging in the iPod - keep pressing the keys until the iPod is listed under the devices list in iTunes.

After I synced my friend iPod to my iTunes, our information got all messed up. Any emails apple sent to me, she would receive and I got all the messages sent to her. Whenever I tried to use my apple ID to download an app or anything, the password wouldn't work even though I was using the correct email and password. So I restored my iPod and created a new apple ID, and now the ID works, but whenever I try to get an app, it says "Cannot connect to iTunes Store". What do I do to fix this?

How can I sync new friends from Facebook?

Hi guys,
I have Nokia N9 with the latest firmware version.
I configured my Facebook account and set it to show my friend list in my Contacts.
I can see all my friends from Facebook and they have merged with my contacts list.
But when I add new friends to my Facebook, they won't sync and won't show up on my Contact list.
How can I sync new friends from my Facebook? Is there any way to refresh the list?

Only the contents of the most recent photo sync remains on the iPad, so if you want both sets of photos on the iPad you need to include them in the sync - by not including the current iPad photos in the new sync iTunes 'assumes' that you no longer want them on the iPad.

Your email address (used as your Apple ID) does not matter, because iPods are not directly linked to a particular Apple ID.
NOTE: You can still use your old Apple ID, even if your that email address is no longer valid. As long as you remember your Apple ID password. Go here and click on Manage your Apple ID.

You can change the primary email address used by Apple, although the Apple ID remains the same.

Sounds like your really restored her iPod on your computer/iTunes library. She needs to restore her iPod from backup on her computer

Up until I upgraded to the new software, I was able to quickly and easily sync both my iPods. One is an iPod touch; the other a classic. Now, I can't sync my classic. Any idea why or what I'm doing wrong? This new software, IMHO, is not that intuitive.

This says that it can't be done.
But I am able to do it for my calendars in iCloud, just not for my contacts in iCloud.
